Edit after response from owner:They want to make sure everyone feels welcome...as long as you aren't a lunk that is.Also....speaking with management about broken equipment is about as useful and productive as trying to breathe underwater. In other words pointless, they will simply slap a "temporarily out of order" sign on the equipment and then that's how the equipment stays. There are some pieces of equipment that have had caution tape and signs on them for months now. "Estimated" time of repair.....never.My point of this rant is basically to the owner(s). Don't reply with some pointless nonsense just to try to cover your business back side. The people who go to your gym know the truth and when someone states that truth on a review you should own said truth and work towards correction. Replying to my review does nothing to fix what's wrong with your business.Just another normal gym. About a third of the equipment is unusable because they are "Temporarily out of order". Temporarily means permanently as far as I can tell.And you gotta love all the signs that say it's a judgment free zone right next to the signs that judge people (no lunks).But for the membership you get what you pay for.

The wifi has not worked in a good 3 weeks ! This is not okay. You guys should be fixing it. A day or 3 is fine but when its already on 3 weeks with no wifi thats unacceptable.

I've been coming for a few years and never had any complaints. Today the morning crew didn't say hi or tried to help. 3 employees standing there just staring at people walk in. After 30 secs of weird silence, my wife then had to ask for their help. Maybe if they're here to hang out they shouldn't be behind the counter.Update. Since this time there looks like they have been some changes in the staff and now everyone is attentive to the customers and greeting everyone who walks in. This is how planted fitness should be. Thank you guys for the changes and great customer service.

All the equipment is in good working order! And the place isn't overrun by teenagers like my last gym was. My only complaint is that there are no free weight bench presses.

First off its as dark as a cave in there. Then they leave the doors wide open in 90 degree weather letting all the hot air in. And worst of all the place reaked of bug poison. I asked the front desk about it and they gas lighted me, treating me like i was crazy. The floors were also trashed. Do not go here!

Really good place to workout. Ample space and they emphasize cleanliness and respect

If you go on time because of the crowd meter, you know that the gym is not going to be very crowded. It's always clean. It's always a good time working out there. They also offer free classes. It's very convenient to use any machines there. Plus there are people who are not judging you

Weight equipment is decent. An adult can not go to the gym during the summer during the free high schoolers entry. And today they allowed a member to continue to work out with no shirt on after I've been told I can not work out in a muscle tank top because my tank top reveals to much skin. The employee was clearly being discriminate and didn't care about the gyms rules put in place to keep moral up in the gym...

Excellent service friendly staff very clean facilities

I'm only giving 4 stars becuz the guys are really nice, but honestly there's a girl that is always giving me and my husband a hard time to check in, and everytime ima check in and see her I don't even wanna go in. I have a membership, and I'm paying to bring a partner in, according to their membership ship if u pay more then u can bring a partner, so the lady always stops us saying he needs his own membership or that I need to send him a link, but I keep telling them that the app barely works on my phone, and instead of helping me, she just stands there with her dumb attitude, why is she working at planet fitness if she don't seem so happy about it. I feel unwelcome when I see her, other than her everyone else is friendly and cleaning everything
