Trifecta MMA has some amazing coaches and instructors. Moe Cardio kickboxing class is awesome am sore all the time, but getting in great shape. I’m blessed to get a train with a top 10 UFC fighter in the world. She’s very humbled you would never know she is one of the best fighters in the world. I really enjoy the jujitsu classes top notch instruction by world-class jujitsu instructor’s. Moe, Gabby and Mando are awesome instructors, I get pushed at the level I’m comfortable with. Even my little boy loves his jujitsu class always talking about his teammates and coach’s. Me and family love training at Trifecta MMA great place!

Trifecta MMA is a great place to start your martial arts journey, increase your cardio, and meet some amazing people. Trifecta has classes for 3-5 year olds, children from 6-13, as well as adults from whatever age!If you've ever been scared or intimidated to walk into an MMA gym, this is the perfect place. The atmosphere, people, and training is top notch for any level.A gym where relationships are valued and support on your journey is a guarantee.

I came to Trifecta MMA/BJJ from Brooklyn, Ny. where I currently train at the Hoteikan Dojo. I found Professor Marion Reneau about 2 years ago on Instagram and started following her career because like herself I am over 40. I was looking for another woman, a master in her art, who is actively training beyond expectations and I found Professor MO -- as she is respectfully and affectionately called by her students. On Instagram, I took a chance and messaged her to see if I would be allowed to train with her. To my surprise and excitement, she accepted me into her training academy, I made plans to travel to Visalia and train for one week.I was pleasantly greeted on my first night of training and quickly absorbed into the family of BJJ artists of all ranks. I trained well each day sometimes twice in one day, participating in 2 9am kickboxing classes and 5 BJJ classes.Professor Mo ranks #8 in the world of UFC fighters in her class. She is co-owner with her husband, Armondo Perez. They run their academy with the utmost professionalism, family character and world class hard training. She is humble, caring and exceptional in her art. I loved to be a part of the hard working, clean, and friendly environment they have created.If you are considering joining or trying a class, DO IT. They have all types of classes from Kids to mixed Adults and women's only classes, Wrestling, BJJ, and a killer Cardio kickboxing. Each class compliments the next one. I come from one of the best and original Japanese mixed martial arts schools on the East Coast. I flew out to Trifecta MMA/BJJ and was completely satisfied. I plan to make this a regular yearly event and will invite my dojo to come out and train, if she will have us. It was worth the trip from Brooklyn, Ny. If you live in the Visalia area, you are blessed to have such a gem in your neighborhood.

This gym is a top notch training facility. It is a very friendly and welcoming. The people there make it very easy to fit in and be part of the Trifecta family. The gym is by far the cleanest in the area. I've personally seen Coach Man-doe clean it on a daily basis. From vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the mats with disinfectant to help prevent any ringworm or staph infections.Marion (Moe) Renuea is an excellent instructor. She pushes you through the warmups, drills are tense and the techniques taught are legit. If your having trouble with the technique Moe takes the time to help you until you understand and get it. It feels like your getting personal training by her. Trifecta has upper belts who will help you learn.Kids class has grown fast and getting some awesome instruction from Coach Man-doe who is currently a brown belt and his brother Jess along with other coaches who help out.The female class is the biggest in the valley if not state. Moe has done a phenomenal job bringing women to learn a great martial art. The women leave with a great workout, learn great self defense and have becoming more confident in themselves. The women have now started to join in on the daily jiujitsu classes offered.

Trifecta is my second home! My husband and I along with our 2 kids train here daily. Great family and clean atmosphere. It's more than just a gym it becomes your family here. At Trifecta we all have the same goal to push and better ourselves on and off the mats. To represent respect, honor, integrity and good morals daily.
