Terrible service, they didn’t accept my cancelation notice and made no attempt to reach me about an increasing balance .Be careful with these people they want to take money more then anything elseUPDATE TO STEVE:Hi Steve I have spoken to the manager and they told me they can't do anything despite me sending an email that I did not wish to be billed or did not wish to continue my service.I have not used /gone to the gym in multiple months and yet kept getting charged please stop doing this it is sneaky and unprofessional.

I am so happy with my membership with Crunch Fitness. It’s a big space with tons of equipment for everyone. The customer service provided by all employees are excellent. I feel apart of the Crunch Fitness Team, and that helps me so much to stay motivated with my fitness goals! Thanks Crunch!

Reluctant to give more than one star.... they are under staffed.... a lot of kids that come here after school and they come in large groups, theybspend majority of time horsing around and holding on to equipment for way too long..... no one police them so they do what they want..... think about going to LA Fitness there is a more mature population there.....Update: It's a lot better since my last review they have hired more people and seem to be a lot better so bumping the review from 2 to 4 stars 🌟

I am so glad I come to this gym. There is a definite culture of excellence and drive. The manager is very focused and wants to makes sure the customer is satisfied.

Crunch is my new home. Getting back into the gym after a year off, I wanted a refresher so I started PT with Kelley and Jesse. We set up a plan to improve my hydration, nutrition, and exercise and I am hitting my goals! Overall the gym is clean, highly functional, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

It is a good place to workout if you do not care about the environment or if a few equipment are broken. Good trainers and friendly staff. Bathrooms are not cleaned properly. I have seen the same trash/hair in the showers for days. Bathrooms also do not have proper exhaust ventilation. They will charge you up to the last penny even after your cancelation. There is no loss for Crunch and their managers are totally aware of that. I would honestly try other options. For the same price you could go to a better and cleaner gym (I’m talking about the two yearly fees they add onto your regular monthly payments). It’s a simple math and it’s not worth it.

The gym is a bit small but it’s well worth going here to work out. The staff is great, enough equipment and clean restrooms.

So far since joining the club I haven't had any negative experiences. I love that the club is right up the street from me, so it's convenient. I recently enjoyed attending the upper and lower body strength classes.

I love this gym! It’s not super crowded, it’s clean, the staff is friendly, and honestly happy with the selections of machines. I’m also working with a Personal Trainer (Kelley) and she has been super helpful and I’m already seeing results from working with her! :)
