I was in need of physical therapy. Cost of that is overwhelming. Signed up for water aerobics and I am doing much better. Very nice staff. Great prices for the services they provide. Come join us, you won't regret it.

It's a nice place to work out. You can work out at their gym and take water arobic classes. If you want to join you'll pay a monthly fee use the pool and it the gym. Discount if Military or over 55. I just wanted to use the pool and I was over 55. It would have been 38.00 a month. First you need to get an okay from your doctor saying you can work out by filling out a form.. You give the form to your doctor or they fax it to your doctor. Once they get the form returned they make an appointment with one of their doctors/ Physical therapist. It takes an hour. You can have a Trainor work with you. They have Physical Therapist your doctor or insurance company could recommend to work with you. It was a quiet clean place. Lots of activity.

Cantrell Wellness Center is one of the best for physical therapy and for keeping fit in Middle GA. I have been there several times for both types of activities and the staff is kind, helpful and professional.
