"Temporarily" closed for several months, but continuing to charge constantly. Won't let you cancel anywhere but in-store, which means you need to drive 45 minutes away just to cancel your subscription since this one is closed. Run by scumbags, please go literally anywhere else, there are plenty of other good gyms in the area.

My place as closed for construction expect me to go to another 20 miles away I expect them to reimburse me from the time they started till the time they opened back up didn't even get a notice to let me know

Charging my checking account for the last 2 months but, still closed for restoration. Worker said "it will not be open until Nov." Perry is too far for me to go 3 times a week.

Great customer service, very clean, great place to clear your mind and get your body right. Be sure to upgrade to the black card so you can experience the water massage bed, it's my favorite.

Why did planet fitness charge my account and refuse to refund me even though my gym is close for renovation? I have not been to this gym in a over a year. Planet fitness is the epitome of coorporate greed and predatory behavior. I cant for for a class action lawsuit to start against them so I can join. Very unfair practices to cancel a membership that is so easy to get online.
