The only gym in Warner Robins. Dino knows his stuff when it comes to equipment and it shows in the selection of equipment. You won't find a commercial gym like this. Great people and great owners make this place home.

Friendly and professional, Dino, Kari and her sister Krista, greeted with a smile, and they seem like really "down to earth," people. They were also very helpful about sharing ideas to help me achieve my goals. I haven't been to a gym in years, but they made me feel appreciated, and were very encouraging. Friendliness, seemed genuine, not rehearsed. Good people! 🙂

Best gym around 24/7 access. No personal trainers at the gym but the people are friendly and plenty of equipment for everyone no matter your fitness level

If you're looking for an old-school bodybuilding type gym. Dino's is the only place around. Dino and the twins are great people. Key card or PIN code access 24/7. Literally no contract. Just pay month to month. Getting set up may prove to be difficult though. The land line has been disconnected for some time. Check Dino's on FB for help on that subject.

One of the only REAL gyms left in a 100 mile radius. This is the place you go to get work done. This is the place you go to achieve fitness goals. Dino's is an artifact of a bygone era before widespread commercial gyms, and it shows. This place is not about fleecing soccer moms to take the latest Spin class. It is a place of character and purpose, built on years of sweat and hard effort.There's a myriad of specialized equipment, and all of it is 100% heavy duty. 3+ power cages, a deadlift platform, powerlifting benches, DBs over 100, multiple cable machines, GHR, donkey calf raise - the list goes on. All of it is kept in good working condition, and all of it is quality equipment.The clientele of Dino's has a lot of regulars who are going to be a little more serious than the crowd at your typical gym. This is not Applebees. It's the local Pub that has been around decades before Applebees even thought about moving to town. The members take care of the gym. People respect this place for a reason, as it has produced a number of notable local bodybuilders and powerlifters.If you are looking to get in shape, or you want to achieve real strength - this is the only place to be in Middle Georgia. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. It's well worth the drive compared to other places.
