FitCo Health Club in Bonaire offers a friendly and supportive environment. Members rave about the diverse class offerings, including Zumba and Body Pump, led by motivational instructors. The gym has made significant improvements, such as upgraded equipment, better lighting, and a clean atmosphere. Many appreciate the family-oriented vibe and welcoming staff. However, some members find the contracts confusing and feel the gym is expensive compared to other local options. While the equipment is generally in good condition, there are occasional issues with maintenance and availability of specific items like kettle bells.
The gym offers personal training, tanning beds, showers, and a variety of classes. Its location is convenient, and parking is easy. Although the facility is well-loved, it has faced criticism for its membership policies and high costs. This review is for The body pump instructor Jamie. She’s fantastic! She kicks our butt every workout. Keeps the workouts fun, fresh and lively. She goes above and beyond to make sure the class is covered in the rare case that she has to miss, and has stepped in on a Saturday here and there so that we can have a class when nothing is scheduled. She’s the bomb!

I don't like it. It is unbelievably expensive compared to every other gym in 50 mi. It's $35 a month if you lock yourself into one year contract. It's $45 a month if you don't want to pay for a full year, but they require three months advanced notice to cancel your month to month. Think about planet fitness which is just down Russell that's $10 a month. Max fitness which is another five or six miles away and a thousand times better than this place is only $20 a month. And don't forget the Base gym, which is 2 miles down the road and free. And also has 24-hour access if you get your access card enrolled. The gym here itself is extremely small, equipment is typically broken most of the time. And the room in which the dumbbells are housed and the free weights is not temperature controlled. So when it's cold out it's cold, and when it's hot out it's hot. Locker rooms leave a lot to be desired. Urine stained carpet from the '70s, extremely small lockers, no space to move around, and makeshift toilets. I also believe this ownership is different than the fitco on Margie drive. Either way in this economy I do not see this gym staying in business for very long.

Fitco Health club invites everyone in who is looking for not crowed, clean gym to workout and become a family oriented gym. They treat everyone like a person and member over just a number.
