I never thought I could do CrossFit.I never thought I could have lost weight, gain muscle and loose inches.I feel great, the nutrition plan was perfect for me. They understood my IBS condition and factored that into my plan.I love the trainers. They showed me how to use the machines, weights and cardio workout. I will definitely continue on after my 6 weeks. I have met great people and gained friendships.I would recommend this facility!!!!

Absolutely amazing! After setting a goal to work towards, I was given everything I needed to succeed! Meal planning, several available class times, weekly check-ins, apps, and help along the way to be sure I was meeting my goal. All you have to do it show up for a class. They walk you through everything! Warm up and workout. Structured and on time. Making sure you get in, get it done, and out. Full of energy and comradery. I love everything about it

I joined Full Tilt as part of a 6 week weight loss challenge. I’ve had some health struggles with thyroid and autoimmune issues in recent years plus the typical pandemic weight gain in 2020. When the 6 week challenge kept showing up in my newsfeed on Facebook, I decided to meet with them and see what it was all about.I committed and showed up consistently and the results speak for themselves. I met my weight loss goal around week 4!!!! I’ve been able to accomplish more weight loss in this 6 week period than I’ve had in YEARS! Following the nutrition plan was the absolute key and the workouts boosted those results. If you’re on the fence trying to decide if you should try Crossfit, try it…..try it here at Full Tilt! You will not be out of place or left behind as a beginner. The coaches will help you succeed….you just gotta show up! I love that every day there is a different workout and it is a combination of cardio, HIIT and strength training. You don’t have to spend hours here to get results….you are done in an hour. The workouts are efficient and effective….always challenging but doable. I definitely recommend Full Tilt Crossfit!

This is my first time doing CrossFit and so far I’m loving this gym! The coaches and people are amazing. The classes are fun and challenging. I’m currently doing the 6 week challenge and I’m glad I did!

I’m not in shape... and I’m a little lazy. This gym has been awesome. Very inclusive and welcoming. The coaches make sure you know what you’re doing and don’t mind answering questions. Form is important to all of them. It’s the hardest exercise I’ve ever done, but I love it.

Best in Middle Georgia...love the fact that I’m not enclosed in a smelly gym..roll up doors are definitely a plus. I can go on an on about the coaches they are all amazing and very knowledgeable about the techniques to lifting. As a first time lifter, I’m glad I chose Full tilt CrossFit/Middle Georgia.

I just completed the 6 week program. And it's the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. I have struggled with my weight for years now. And the progress I have made here in just 6 weeks is amazing. I have more energy, more confidence, and I feel so strong now.I never thought CrossFit would be something I would do or even could do. And thought I'll try it for 6 weeks to learn better eating habits and ways to workout. But this place is so much more than just CrossFit.They actually care. The support you get is phenomenal. You always have someone to make sure your form is correct to void injuries, someone there to push you to do your best, and just when you think you can't do anymore, you always have someone cheering you on. I'm so happy I found this place

What an amazing 6 weeks. I have gained more in the wellness education than I had expected. Due to following the diet and using the workouts for strength and mobility, I was able to make huge strides in my management of ongoing health issues. The team was outstanding in adjusting for my limitations, and always found alternative movements to keep my body engaged. Derrick’s constant oversight, health and wellness knowledge and guidance, were instrumental in a huge correction to my lipid panel. THIS PROGRAM WORKS. my health is better and the program, with its built in accountability focus, helped me succeed beyond my expectations. Thanks to the great team at Full Tilt.

I was a member of Full Tilt when it first opened over 8 years ago and loved it. Life got in the way and I stopped going. Fast forward to an ad I saw on Facebook for a 6 week challenge. I asked my daughter to do it with me and so glad we did. Although it's under new ownership, the atmosphere is still the same. Everyone is super friendly, very encouraging (no matter your fitness level), knowledgeable coaches and excellent music to keep you pumped!! This was a great experience and super proud of the accomplishments I've made in a short period of time. Thanks to Derrick and his staff for helping me along the way. PS...I still hate burpees :)
