I have an endless amount of good things to say about MGA&W. I’ve always struggled with fitness. In the sense of staying motivated and sticking to a plan. I would go lift at regular gyms on my own and get bored or discouraged when I didn’t see progress fast enough. MGA&W truly helped me LOVE fitness and the process. I’ve lost 24lbs since I started working out here in June of 2019 and I’m in better shape than I was BEFORE having two kids. I’ve made amazing friends. The coaching staff is unbelievable. The owners are so caring and helpful. The support I get from the other members has helped me push myself to do things my mind always told me I couldn’t. I will never go to another gym after coming to Full Tilt. I’ve been everywhere... trying to find where I “fit in best” or where “felt right” being at. Full Tilt CrossFit is my home and the members are my family. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out.

I moved to Georgia from Chicago and was looking to get back into CrossFit after taking a couple years off. After my first class, I knew right away that Full Tilt CrossFit was the box for me. The coaches are nice and knowledgeable, the facility is spacious and clean, the kids room is great because I can bring my kids along, and the members are all very welcoming. Highly recommend Full Tilt CrossFit/Middle GA Athletics!

Was searching for a way to get back in shape and just feel better. This gym was exactly what I needed! Started with a six week challenge that produced serious results - I lost inches!! Coaches are helpful and will push you! I feel so much stronger and have met some really great people. This is a lifestyle change that I truly appreciate.

Full Tilt is one of the best gyms around! The coaches are knowledgeable and truly care about you reaching your goals. The members are fun to be around and push you to be your best. Everyone is able to work towards their goals in a environment that feels safe no matter if you are a beginner or elite athlete.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this gym, people who work here, and the people who work out here. Every personal trainer takes pride in supporting and knowing the people in every class. The nutrition plan and workouts have helped me kick start my weight loss in the most amazing way. Even the days where I am sore or unmotivated I love coming to the gym because of the amazing support system and positive vibes everyone gives at the gym. Even if you have injuries each trainer has helped either work around or help you do a movement that can help you through that injury. If you join you will not regret!

This gym is awesome! The thing that stands out most is how friendly the coaches and members are. They make it a point to know your name and no matter what your fitness level is they make sure you are working out correctly to prevent injury. I’m no stranger to Crossfit, but I learned more in the training class than I learned in the few months I was at another establishment. They really take their time with each individual and push you to do your best so your will achieve your goals. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to start their fitness journey or to enhance it!

I join the gym about 18 months ago and I can honestly say that I am in better shape and more fit now than I’ve ever been. The programming and training is excellent and the coaches are amazing at what they do. The community and fellowship between the athletes is off the charts and the staff Has created an environment that makes it very easy to come in and work hard and train. The kids area is a huge benefit and allows us to take our kids with us. Overall we can’t say enough good things about it.

Been goin to this gym about 14 months. Not only have I improved in my health and wellness I have made a lot of friends. This gym has a family feel to it. It’s members are there to help and encourage you to meet you’re goals. It is great. The coaches are knowledgeable in fitness and are always available to help you workout properly. Yes there is a wrong way to workout. But Full Tilt helps you lift the right way. I would recommend it to anybody.

This gym and wellness center is phenomenal. They have a nutritionist on staff who is available to help you reach your goals. All the coaches are knowledgeable and will make sure you perform the workouts correctly for safe lifting mechanics. The members are friendly, and push each other. This gym is a great community! The owner and staff make you feel welcome, which is important. I haven't had this quality of workouts since college athletics! I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to challenge themselves and become the best version of "you" on your health and wellness journey.

I just finished up a 6 week challenge at Full-Tilt! And even though I fell just a few pounds short of my goal I don't feel like I completely failed. I made some pretty good progress. I've learned a lot and I feel better in general, and about myself. I'm extremely glad that I decided to do this.I let my own insecurities keep me from signing up for crossfit for a few years actually. I was really curious about it, and just kept saying if I lost a little bit of weight and got a little bit more in shape then I would go sign up! But I never did, because I never lost the weight and because I thought that all of the "fit people" would look down on my sad pathetic self.If you feel like that too, trust me when I tell you thatI DID N O T GET TREATED THAT WAY AT FULL TILT.Some days were harder than others. Some workouts I couldn't finish, some I struggled to finish, and one time I was even able to keep going past the amt of reps we were supposed to do!But on the days that I struggled the most, on the days I wanted to cry because I felt so pathetic, the other members somehow knew that I needed a pat on the back, or a fist bump and a simple "Great Job Today!!!"The same people I was afraid would laugh at me, were there to lift me up, congratulate me on my small achievements, and encourage me to keep going.I still feel a little down on myself when I can't do what everyone else is doing- but I'm sure I'll get caught up eventually.I said this was about more than a 6 week challenge when I started, and even though its over I plan to continue my journey.If you're not sure about starting yours, give Full Tilt a chance. There are some really great people here, and my only regret is waiting so long to meet them!Thank you so much for this opportunity Derek, and a big thanks to all of the coaches, and the members who have made me feel welcome.See you guys in class soon!
