I really like this location! It’s clean and has a wide variety of equipment for all levels of fitness. The workers are kind but if you go ask for Nelie! She is always enthusiastic about her job and is happy to show you the gym and answer any questions you have!

Great gym, probably the best gym in the Warner Robins area. Tons of equipment, lots of classes that are included with some of the memberships, a sauna, water massage beds and plenty of room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall a very great and motivating environment. Highly recommend this gym!

Just finished my first week of group fitness. Brent Alexander was great help. The Three D fitness scan put everything in perspective and Brent was excellent to provide a clear idea of goals and suggestions. Never felt hurried, answered all my questions. Nice tour of the facility with Page. Front desk friendly and professional. Great experience!!

Beware if you sign a year contract they will continue to charge you no matter what. I specifically asked at sign up if the renewal was automatic or not and the sales person said no. Obviously the employees here don't know what they are talking about or choose to not tell the truth to get you to sign up. Also, even when I moved over 30 miles away (during my contract time) they wouldn't let me out of my contract, which the contract said they would. Overall, this has ruined my experience at this gym. Front desk staff is always super nice and friendly, but they don't have the info to answer questions and management is extremely hard to get ahold of.
