Bang for your buck!!! The strength and conditioning classes are top tier. Coach Bell is like a scientist cooking up the best workouts while coaching you through form and any injuries. If you're wanting to make a lifestyle change, Southpaw is the place to start. In the strength and conditioning classes, you will train like an athlete in an off season with weight lifting, plyometrics, isometrics, hypertrophy, and cardio exercises. I've taken a few boxing classes with Coach Josh and the classes were really great for a beginner like myself. Advanced fighters will find competition in the ring for sparring on Thursday evenings.

Great gym! Been here a year and wish I would have came sooner, staff make you feel right at home, no pressure to perform but they hold you accountable for your goals. Great group chats that keep you informed and no 2 days of training are the same!
