Very clean. Could fit more machines/Smith Machines. Read the fine print on contracts with an annual "Fee" of almost $50 that you should calculate in what you pay.There are definitely less costly gyms but overall, I'm happy.

This Maxx location is the best one I have been to yet! It is very clean and the staff is very helpful. I have been a member here for about a year and a half and have enjoyed every aspect of it. The Cinemaxx is one of my favorite parts of this gym. I also have taken many group classes and would highly recommend!!!!

waited for a year to avoid the buy out fee for my 1 year contract. called 30 days ahead to find out when to come in and cancel. I paid these people during the whole covid shut down didnt freeze on them or anything. I go there only to be forced into buying another month after my year is up.I called yesterday and was told im all set just sign a paper. the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I work in a gym and do the same thing everyday its a wonder how you even stay open. the kicker absolutely no one was wearing a mask or even signing a medical questionnaire. Tyler the manager was the biggest tool I've had to speak to in years. worked for the company for 1 year from the other location in Lincoln. I hope he finds a job outside the service/gym industry he does not belong working with people.aside from it being a planet fitness with a movie theater its filled with a ton of gym bros and gym bunnys taking selfies everywhere. I should have never signed a year contract at this gym.the functional training room is always hotter than the rest of the gym and it smells.and who forgets to out ice in your protein shake? these guys... bravo... when i went to get an actual cold one I was able to pay full price for their mess up.. couldn't tell you who because the turn around rate is ridiculous. I hope that Miranda leaves that place she the only one the smiles and greets you and does her job. she deserves better.

I have been a member of this gym since the day it opened. I have seen, first-hand, the incredibly high turnover of staff since the gym opened its doors in 2017. Rarely do you see staff cleaning equipment, even among trainers that are done using machines with clients, and there are evidently not enough "clean your machine" signs around because many of the customers don't clean the machines when they're done either.Additionally, staff have left spills on the floor for periods of time without attending to it or putting up caution signs to warn customers of spills (this has happened on more than one occasion). There are times when the paper towel dispensers have been left empty and their apparent solution is just to place a roll by the dispenser rather than put the new roll IN the dispenser. They also don't seem to keep track of the need to refill toilet paper in the restrooms as often as they ought to.Furthermore, their ability to offer diverse classes is minimal. This particular location has been open since 2017 and they have yet to offer the full range of classes that the other Maxx Fitness locations offer. They keep telling customers that classes will be expanded soon, but that has yet to change.UPDATE (10/2019): In the last several months, this gym has gone through *several* kids club employees (and staff in general); and the scariest part is this: they've left my baby unstrapped in her carseat attachment on her stroller, asleep, UNATTENDED, to use the restroom or whatever they were doing that day, they've had staff physically leave the childcare room (unsupervised) to go talk to other staff at the front desk instead of picking up the phone within the childcare room, and half of their childcare staff don't seem to have much in the way of experience (if any at all), which is unsettling when you've got such young children in their care. The ONLY reason I still go is because of the childcare staff member, Ms. Sandy, who is responsible and a true gem. They ought to give that woman a raise or two and try VERY hard to keep her there as long as possible because she is great with the kids and all the parents love her. She's been an employee there since its opening day and our family is glad to have her there.
