I've been trying to cancel my membership for 6 months here. I've experienced a total lack of communication in every way possible, starting with the fact that they ignored my emails and refused to answer or return my calls six months ago when I initially tried to cancel my membership. They finally started calling me, multiple times a day, when my credit card expired, and all of a sudden, their emails and phones seem to work again, when they need money. About a month or so ago, I was finally able to speak to someone on the phone, who told me I needed to come in, in person, to cancel my membership. Okay, I thought, and I did do just that. At no time did anyone tell me that they were sending my "balance" to collections, until today. So now, I have a nearly $100 balance in collections, affecting my credit because of their poor communication, and shoddy professionalism.The fact that we're in the midst of an international pandemic, and I've been laid off for an entire year, really adds to my disappointment with this company.

It's so humid it makes you sick to even run. Like its winter and it is so humid it's like you're in a sauna. There's no excuse. This is suppose to be a gym. What the hell.

I joined snap fitness about one year ago because of the convenience of the location and its hours (open 24 hours!!). With my work schedule it was important to have a gym that was open when I needed it to be. The training staff is great and there are multiple small group sessions you can join in on for free! Overall a great gym to join!
