My son was just there today. He was drowing and the life guard took her sweet time walking towards him. 🤦🏻♀️ smh. He cried so much. Even after getting home. They need to take it more seriously. Even if its a feet deeper, anybody can drown. When you are in panic, you cant think correctly! …

Total mass confusion. At a swim meet anyone and.anybody.seems to be allowed on the swim deck. Swimmers wandering around, parents going up to the timers to check their child's time. A total mess. NO control.

Horrible customer experience, called to month ago to froze my membership due to a temporary family situacion was told over the phone than my account was put on hold , 2 month latter I was still getting charge to my credit card called ymca again and they said that informacion i was gave was incorrect I that i was supposed to go in person to cancel , Should be told that the first time and not keep being charge For a mistake of YMCA employees , Will never go back to a business that does not honor their words because they are not interested on providing a good customer service experience.

-A good place, generally. Great that they stay open on days when other places are closed, like 24 December.-There could be more supervision of teenagers who trash locker rooms in evenings.-Swim staff are very friendly; all but one front desk staff greet you with a warm "hello."

I would like to thank Andrea for her dedication to making sure that every experience is everlasting. She has gone above and beyond for me and my family! I wouldn't want my child in any other place. Not alot of people get recognized for their hard work. She def. Needs to be!!
