Terrible business, all the negative reviews are right on point, rude, no manners, weird faces, charging the credit cards as they please. How are they even open if they do not even care about the customers or kids?

It was great to see my grandchild and several other children participating in gymnastics at a very nice facility. Her class participated in The smaller room, although perfect size for 10-12 five and six year old children and large enough for more. The teacher seemed enthusiastic and encouraging, and helped with fundamentals, etc. Being this my first time here, it found it to be a clean, well organized establishment with friendly staff. In the BIG room, was a rather large gymnasium area where the "big kids" were practicing on balance beams, large matts, etc... the highlight of the night was when the little ones left their room and lined up at the door of the "Big Room" ( as one of the very excited kids stated) and then paraded through the gym to the back area where the children continued their studies and fun.My daughter loves having her daughter participate, and I wish I could supply more info, so my opinion is based on a proud Papa observing from the lobby (parents not allowed in any of the gyms, but could observe through large windows) and watching the staff and kids do their thing.

Love this gym and the ninja class! My son has a lot of special needs which is a nice way to say he's a total pain in the a**. They give him all the patience, space, and guidance he needs to feel successful. Clean environment and friendly folks. Thanks Dream Big for coaching my son!

Had my daughter's birthday party here over the weekend. They supplied balloons, chairs, tables and time to play in the gym. They all had a blast, if you are looking for something different when it comes to Bday parties I'd highly suggest it. They are a full gym with balance beams and what not but do not know about anything specific as far as cost, times, etc.

My daughter loves Dream Big. We do twice a week and she can’t get enough. Coaches are patient and give each athlete equal time. Miss Emma is great. Very clean Gym and they want the kids to succeed. Love it.

I visited a few other places in the locality and I find this place the best. The facilities are quite good. Coaches are very friendly and very accomodating, especially when we had to reschedule the classes. Kudos to the team!!

Coaches in Cumberland are more concerned about their phones and chatting with each other.Coach told one young man he was probably to big to do the exercise.Asked a question and got told to read the flyer.Sent detailed complaint and feedback through the website and never received a response. I guess they don’t care!

What a complete rip-off. Had to pay a ridiculous amount to watch my kid, there were no seats available. The event was very disorganized. The bathroom lights didnt even work and nobody cared. What a dump. They over charged my CC and had to dispute.
