I joined F2F last Fall, and I cant say enough about the place! The instructors are fantastic, the atmosphere is unpretentious, and the classes are TOUGH, and never boring. Furthermore, I lost ten pounds, and improved my overall fitness and appearance by leaps and bounds! Thank you!
