I came to laid back about a year ago and it has been awesome. The entire lbf staff have been amazing. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible.

They would not refund the $200 spent to hold a birthday party reservation that got canceled due to COVID. Told me I could "use it up" by signing up for classes I don't want. Now they sent me a "pick your gift" email for $30 items that again, I don't want. Should probably wait until the pandemic is over before booking anything in advance with this company.
