Dropped in last week. One Asterisk had an awesome workout, coaching & community. Coaching from Sierra was top notch. Excellent facility with a very cool vibe. Very traditional Crossfit feel. Equipment is nice, and well taken care of. The 6am crew was warm & welcoming. Before I left I also picked up a sweet 1* T-shirt. I will be back soon!

Every judge is very knowledgeable, down to earth and friendly. They’re not afraid to tell you what you need to hear rather than what you want to hear and are very quick to help you adjust and perfect your form so you get a good, safe and efficient workout. One important thing they say right up front is quality over quantity and they freaking mean it!

Did a drop-in at One Asterisk CrossFit while vacationing in Newport. Nice facility with good equipment and great coach (Jean, the owner). Very positive vibe from the 6:00 a.m. regulars. I Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a CrossFit in this part of RI. Thanks!

The best box in Rhode Island! The size and feel of the gym brought me through the door but the awesome coaches and supportive community kept me on as a member. If you are looking for a box to join or just drop in, look no further than CrossFit One Asterisk!

Best crossfit box in Rhode Island. Huge gym, absolutely amazing coaching staff, and great workouts. If you're in the Middletown, Newport, or Portsmouth area then come check it out, you won't regret it.

The island's best CrossFit Box, possibly the best in RI!! This box is why people CF, the atmosphere, the people, the location, and the coaches. The box is very spacious with high ceilings and has an outside area for WODs and plenty of parking. One side of the box is a huge rig and the other has 5 high ropes for climbing. Rings are hung throughout the box and along the other walls other various CF needed equipment. I can't talk highly enough about this place. Love it!! Highly recommend stopping by to check it out. See ya there!!

Hands DOWN one of the BEST boxes I have ever dropped in on! The coaches are down to earth...and very knowledgeable. And the members are STELLAR! Over all a super welcoming gym. I felt like a member he second I stepped foot in the gym. I WILL be back!

On my visit to Middletown, I attended two crossfit WODS at One Asterisk Crossfit. The owner Jean was incredible and knowledgeable. The box was amazing and the warmups to workouts were amazing. I have crossfit experience and all I can say is if you are new to crossfit or looking to change up your existing routine, this is the place. Loved it!
