I have a basic plan (4 classes per month) and it’s the perfect complement to my running schedule. I’ve been a member for about 1.5 years and definitely see gains, both in my running speed and overall fitness. Coaches and staff are great. Highly recommend

OTF EG is one of my favorite places! I admittedly don't love working out, but the team at this studio makes it so fun, welcoming, and supportive that it's impossible not to feel great during class here. Amazing front desk staff and amazing coaches. You won't find a cleaner, more welcoming environment or a more effective 60 minite workout!

OTF is the only way I will exercise!!! The coaches make it fun and you don’t have to think about what to do. 10/10 recommend! If you’re not sure, try it (your first class is free)!

The instructors provide a good mix of a structured workout and pushing you without making you feel like you are over-doing it.The whole concept of using the heart rate trackers and being able to see that up on the wall during your workout is a really cool feature. It helps you make sure you are getting a good workout and maintaining maximum efficiency throughoutSo far everyone has been really friendly and the workouts are always different and challenging, but you feel really good when you are done.The first class is free and with no obligation to sign up, so there is really no downside to trying your first class.

I cannot over-emphasize enough how much I love OTF! High intensity interval training is my jam, and all I have to do is show up and sweat. They take care of everything else. They provide the intervals, the exercise variety, the program variety, music, motivation and last but by no means least, amazing coaches. Ryan has been a life-saver through my recent, non-OTF related, injury. He took the time to discuss my needs, and makes sure to check in with me each class, offers modifications and tells me what to avoid completely. Brittney, Kelly, and Mary have also gone above and beyond to accommodate my need for an alternative to the row. Yall have made this the easiest injury to recover from. Thank you for being awesome!!
