Peter is a terrific trainer. The training sessions with Peter were a gift to myself for my retirement. I was afraid that the trainer wouldn’t listen to my goals or adjust to my age/skills. I didn’t need to worry about Peter. He understood exactly what I needed, he modified the training to meet my energy and skills. He also gave me sessions to do on my own when I traveled. I made amazing progress during the three months that Peter was my trainer. My only regrets are that I only used his services two days a week (I should have gone for three) and that I moved out of the area after three months. Five Stars and I strongly recommend him!

This is my first time joining a gym and doing personal training, and I am very impressed! Everyone is so friendly and willing to help. Michael showed us around when we stopped in and was really helpful. Peter is really nice and patient as were beginners!!! And on top of that, everything is really clean. Private shower rooms and bathrooms, and everything is spotless clean.

This has been one of my favorite gyms. The staff are really friendly they are always smiling and they give out free snacks sometimes. Also they really take care of the place the equipment is new and kept very clean. The bathrooms and showers are the same so if you need to get back to work after working out it’s the perfect spot I have recommended this place to my friends and co workers and they all love it.

Great gym - just opened in 2019 so it has all new equipment and is kept very clean. Super convenient location for those who live or work in Rosslyn and it's not crowded. The fitness app integration with the machines is a cool feature, but the best thing about this location is the staff! Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The complimentary fitness consultation is a great way to establish goals and try something new in a mini-coaching session.

This gym is amazing! The staff is so friendly, and the cardio machines, workout equipment, and gym as a whole are always so clean. There are plenty of showers and restrooms and also complimentary lockers. This gym is also huge, so even with 20+ people working out at 5pm, I never feel crowded or have to wait on equipment. I have been working out here for around 8 months and have loved every workout here.

As someone who was a personal trainer for about five years, I can tell you from firsthand experience that the customer service here is unlike anywhere else. I've been in countless gyms both as an employee and a member and the staff here is the best I've ever seen. So many gyms have an unreal turnover rate with staff, which makes for very poor and inconsistent service. The continunity here really makes a difference and it shows. They go out of their way to do whatever it takes to help. It's also immaculately clean and well kept overall, which is a major challenge so big kudos for that too!

Great gym, great facilities and great employees! If you work or live in the Rosslyn area this gym is perfect for any kind of workout. I used it for a month and all the staff were accommodating every day that I was there. Even if they were busy they would take the time to say "hi" or just make sure everything was good with me. I couldn't recommend this gym more!

Client friendly, amazing atmosphere and clean equipment! I came to see what the buzz was about after a friend had recommended this place because of it's proximity to our work. Michael is a great person who really took the time to explain how it all worked and went over all the options. I was most impressed with the cleanliness and layout! The private bathrooms and showers are a HUGE PLUS!! Awesome place

I cannot say enough good things about this AF location. A few years ago, I had a stalker experience at a different local gym and I swore I'd never set foot in a public gym again. I worked out at home and that was it. This AF was the first gym I went to in years, and not only was everyone very friendly, they listened to my story and genuinely made an effort to make sure I felt safe and supported. No question was a dumb question. And on top of that, everything was always clean and organized - which for a busy professional, is always nice to see! If you're looking for a gym who will support your goals, care about your journey, and provide clean spaces and great equipment, look no further.

In our relocation to the area, this gym is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever encountered. The staff is friendly, approachable, and helpful. The gym really takes the time to invest in their community to embrace a culture of inclusiveness.
