Great location and steam/sauna spaces. Nice staff. Some of the equipment is worn, but honestly this is the best, most competitively priced gum in the area. Someone knocked Andres on a review. I’ve taken both his Burn cardio and yoga classes, and I’ve always found him to be fun and respectful. Curious about the upcoming move south, closer to downtown.

As someone who travels often and uses gyms all over the world, while this WSC isn't perfect (I'd probably give it a 4.5 if I could), I've been going to it for more than 10 years, and I love it. It's big, has a lot of equipment, the sauna and steam rooms are good and clean, and the staff is super friendly. (They're always very nice to me, and I've never seen them act anything but nice to others.) Before taking the word of some people who seem to be irrationally hyper-critical, if you want to try it out before joining, I think their policy is that you can get a free day pass.

Andres at this location uses strong anti-choice and ableist language in his yoga classes. (He calls the fetal position "unborn child pose" and tells students they look like they're "stroking out.") This club does not make students feel safe.

This review is based on a five-day trial, and I went in four times. Did you have a lot of machines which is nice. My main issue is the price. They have a price ($50)for only going to this location like they do with some of the other locations and I didn't have to pay an activation fee, I would consider it.Recommendations: post the class schedules for people can see it. Return the missing two hangers in the men's room. Make sure that all machines have the pin so that you're not hunting for a machine that you can take the pain from. And you can have the pins connected to the machines like they originally work so people can't take them.

Pretty sure there was a homeless man sleeping in the foyer yesterday, which was really disconcerting. The state of the locker rooms is subpar. The men’s locker room smells and I’ve seen the towel bin overflowing numerous times. What is in the steam in the steam room? It burns my eyes when a fresh batch of steam comes in and has a strange aroma (almost like bleach).

I’ve been going to WSC since about 2014, both the Columbia heights locations and the DuPont circle location. The staff and trainers at DuPont are great!!! The machines are very old and need to be replaced.most of the machines are unusable. If you’re not careful you could hurt yourself. Seems like a machine is out of order every day! They are robbing their members blind! Please don’t join.

Website and social media is dead in terms of informing clients about hours of operation on holidays. Do I have to come to the gym and write down when the gym is closed please keep people updated online

It's a nice facility with a really wide variety of fun machines, and any time I want to snag some studio space there is usually plenty available with lots of props and weights.

One of the worst gyms I’ve ever been to. Equipment must be several decades old- many are literally rusting and falling apart at the seams- actually quite dangerous in this regard- particularly if you cut yourself on something or when you’re trying to do dips but the handlebar wobbles and looks like it’s going to snap off at any point.Advertises a free trial on their website but this is not available to non-Washington DC residents (which they don’t disclose until you get there). Front desk staff were very friendly and kind- which is pretty much the only good thing I can say about this place.

Unprofessional. Member felt unsafe and recorded the man following him. The stalker told the manager & the manager canceled the victims membership and refused to give a refund. Didn't ask the victim his side or anything. Not good business & you should feel safe in your gym. 0/10
