Can't recommend Max enough!! I started training with Max about 7 months ago and my journey has been nothing short of epic. I would say I was a gym novice before this as someone who had barely worked out before. Workouts with Max helped me build confidence in myself and what I could do. He has an amazing, positive energy and deep knowledge of the body/muscles that he brings to all his workouts. He tailored each workout to my overall goals and where I was at that day. Truly the best part of my week. Through these workouts I have discovered a strength I didn't even know I had; just amazed at where these workouts have taken me. (and on the more superficial side, I look amazing).

My son is 14yo, 6ft 1in tall and 226lbs and he needed help conditioning his body. He plays basketball now but wants to transition to football. Since he started working with Max @ Concrete Core, he is turning into a straight powerhouse! My son was in physical therapy for his feet and Max worked with his physical therapist to incorporate the appropriate exercises to accommodate is feet. He's gained muscle, stanima and shredded some body fat. Max is super encouraging to my son and he looks forward to his workouts now. I'm really impressed with results. I highly recommend Concrete Core!

So I stumbled into Max when I was about to give up on my search for a personal trainer in the DMV.He knows both the theory and practical aspects of fitness. He doesn’t just show you the how to but also explains the why. He doesn’t B.S.He’s also very personable which makes the sessions more interesting.He understands the assignment of being a motivator. I’m not the easiest client out there so I’m super glad I found someone who’s patient with me on my “off” days

He knows his stuff, and takes the time to get to know you and your goals so that every workout is personalized to your exact needs. I was not in shape at all when I started training with Max. In my mid 40’s, overweight and in I’ll health. My Concrete Core training regimen is specially crafted for my body. I’m seeing results after only one month! Max is not only encouraging and supportive but he makes the workouts fun and is very knowledgeable about the human body. I look forward to my workouts and now I wish I had started sooner!

Max is a great trainer! He’s really high energy and easy to get along with and reaaaallly cares about his clients. He puts in a lot of extra work to make sure our sessions are appropriate for me and works around a health issue I have to get the most out of our 1 on 1 training sessions!!! Couldn’t recommend enough :)

Max is an awesome trainer! At first, I was nervous because I just wanted to tone up, not gain a ton of muscle.. but he was nice enough to explain my entire action plan, and now I'm 5lbs lighter in just two weeks! Loving the progress & I highly recommend :)

After the first session, I was hooked! I have done many personal training sessions with Max, he has a great energy and is very knowledgeable and friendly. I am in my 30s. I have always been bad with flexibility and after some injuries, I had shoulder and back pain for many years. Issues sitting down for more than 5 minutes. Laying straight. Excuses. Life. Kids. Hard to work out consistent with my work schedule.I was super satisfied with the professional and enthusiastic training I got for my weight and posture problem.I always wanted to work on strength and mobility since I had issues with balance and metabolism. Felt like I couldn’t work out without being in pain or sitting. After a few workouts and following the tips when I’m not with my trainer, I am confident in myself to workout again solo. I know what I am able to do and not do yet. The pain free living is the key.I haven’t had much back pain since I started workin out with Max last November. I was reminded of this programs importance the two weeks when I didn’t do stretches.
