Have been going to Fuse for over a month now and tried out basic reformer, advanced reformer, jump, mat, and ladder…so almost all types of classes offered. Love the variety of options as I could get anything from a stretchy low-impact session to intense cardio. Great for building out a fun and diverse workout routine. All instructors I’ve met are creative and professional in designing the classes and really nice (and have good music playlists!)

Fuse Pilates is by far my favorite studio in DC! I truly enjoy the classes as well as the availability of different instructors and teaching styles. The instructors are creative and fun, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and ability to work with our individual needs. Very importantly, they ask about any injuries and help people modify, if necessary. The owner is also amazing and passionate about pilates, certainly conveying this passion to her clients. Moreover, the studio’s customer-focused approach ensures the delivery of a superior level of service at Fuse.

Just returned to Fuse Pilates after a three year break and several injuries. Working out with Tori and Liz made me feel strong and resilient. I literally cried after class today knowing that my entire back was moving again and in a careful and meaningful way. I forgot how good Fuse teachers are they really help you build your strength while listening to your needs. ONWARD!!!

Fuse is an amazing physical studio space with a variety of top notch instructors. I like that there are instructors who are super gentle and others who will make you sweat. I haven't been in the physical studio since the pandemic but I've streamed some classes, which have all been great. I always feel welcome at Fuse, and the ability to buy a bundle of passes makes the price right.

I've taken mat and a ladder class at Fuse, and I have loved every class. The instructors have been great, Saba is amazing, and I've had a great experience. I've never done pilates before, and I get super anxious in new settings but this has truly been an amazing experience. Highly suggest taking the classes! They're difficult but in the best way possible!
