Truly amazing workouts. I have lower back disc issues, and this pilates fitness does wonders to help my back. All of the instructors are great, but Nicole and Sarah are my "go to" instructors. I have tried other pilates reformer studioswhen I travel, and nothing compares to the skilled staff at Reformation Fitness and the awesome workout you receive. I highly recommend!! JGeno

Had my first class ever in my life and to say I enjoyed myself is an understatement. I’m on the curvier plus size and felt included and welcome in the class. It was small and vaccination records were required. Our instructor Natalie Rico made us feel even more welcomed and she was so patient and we are 10000 percent coming back. If you’re not a typical fit lady with abs and previous Pilates experience try a class and ask for Natalie.
