Best place to get back in shape. The classes are so fun and you do it all together. But you can still do at your own level. The teachers are amazing and it makes working out fun again!

I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I liked the class setting, and that everyone was working together. I like how the instructor (Matt) moved throughout the class assisting us first-time rowers. I also liked the overview that I received once the class was over. I look forward to being able to attend again.
