Great facility, super kind and knowledgeable staff. If you need swimming lessons, hit Lloyd Henry up, he’s a great coach.

I love the pool fitness classes here. The instructor is very intentional with her directions. To my surprise, there is also a sauna and steam room in the ladies locker room. The facilities are a bit dated but still very functional.

Small place that caters to residents. They got bikes for spin class bu it takes at least two people to put or take bikes in or out of small pool without a ramp but has sloped sides.

Very nice place. Indoor and outdoor pool both at the perfect temperature. Nice gym small but equipment is new and looks clean, Locker rooms with showers and saunas, and prices are good. Overall I think it’s worth a visit.

Great staff and members. All knowledgeable and friendly. Not the biggest gym in the world but has all the necessary equipment for most people’s workouts.
