I trained here with Justin and his staff, loved sparing and didn't mind being his personal walking kick bag.😅🤣 good times! I had to stop due to old injuries but I would love to return and continue my training but maybe I won't over do it this time. 😅 I would recommend this school to those seeking some great defense techniques. 😎👍 …

Visiting for child birthday party. The facility and owners are very nice and keep the kids attention. I have no complaints and I'm sure the classes would be energetic and fun.

Our son has been there since it opened and we highly recommend it. The owners care so much about the kids and, since joining their Martial Arts program, our son has become a stronger athlete and much more confident.
