The gym is one of the best for starting your martial arts training. I have been going there for years and the levels of experience the instructor Jose has is incredible valuable. It continues to be a great way to train your mind, body, and spirit with every training session. If you want to make something of yourself or just trying to better yourself, this is the place to go. Be confident, be consistent, and most of all trust Jose as your instructor

Trained at this location a few times. Pro UFC fighter Brian Geraghty trained me here and worked me so hard I could barely stand. He and Dave Strasser are great guys with big hearts & hilarious which makes hard training a lot more fun. Highly recommend this gym & go visit the one in Kenosha also.
