when you guys can fix the hot water??? Every time, I take off my clothes and standing by the cold water just waiting for it to turn to be hot. Not 1 time, it’s been months. You guys are a gym please do your things. At least, provide the water to your members ok???

Looks like an amazing gym with plenty of equipment but this place is really ghetto. Have witnessed two potential fights take place just in the sauna alone and the whole gym is just packed with high school kids. The gym is throwing away cheap memberships and have literally destroyed what could have been a great gym. Make the extra drive and go to a different one or cancel your membership and go to ufc gym

Terrible customer service/management!! Signed up online to get a 3 day pass and the email just said that you can go and show your ID to get in. The manager there said that the free day pass wasn't available and kept trying to get me to pay on the spot. I told him that I AM interested in signing up in about month since I am going on vacation but just don't want to do it right that day. What's the point of having a free trial if you can't use it? Reading the other reviews, looks like I'm not the only one to think the management is rude and aggressive.Went to the other 24 Fitness next on Valley and they were super nice about letting me try the gym for 3 days and didn't make me feel pressured to pay on the spot. It's crazy how much the experience can differ from one 24 Fitness to another.

I've never seen a gym more packed in my life. I've been to the 24 in puente hills, downey, Cerritos, los Alamitos, Santa fe springs, Two in Huntington, Buena park and Brea and this gym is by far the most packed . It's honestly unbelievable. I went on a sat night and a Monday night 10pm and literally both times every machine, bench etc was taken. Not only by one person but sometimes groups of kids usually just chatting. I'll do this gym a favor and never go back. Unfortunately it's the only gym in the area for me that's 24 hour. If only they extended the puente hills gym closing time to midnight, the vibe is a little more douche as well...Staff was friendly though.

I lost my wallet phone in it today! The service staff are rude and uncooperative. Cui, we will go to deal with it tomorrow, and it will be in the drawer of their service desk: we found it through positioning. Consciously take it out. I have been member of this gym for a while now, it is a great place, the staff is great and make you feel welcome, but lately the gym have been overcrowded and it is hard to get the machines that you need to use, anyway I could give 2 ideas, 1 always no matter what leave all the front doors open so there is air circulation, please do that, 2 creat waiting areas for each equipment, there is always so much confusion, you waiting to use a machine and someone just go and take it, and it is getting worse, sometimes you are there 20 minutes in front of it waiting and someone just come and take it, maybe put some type of tape on the floor so people can kinda form a line and wait, also you guys can creat a system, find the best way for everyone to share the machines and educate the people about it, overall just look around how to improve everyone experience during their workout, thank you.

Recently became a member and so far, so good! I love that they are open 24 hours. My favorite thing to do here is take Zumba classes. The instructors are very fun and friendly. I just wish they had a platform to see the steps better since the class gets pretty full. Everyone is kind and respectful.
