They took away the towel service not to "go green" because if they were going green they would never have offered it to begin with. Instead, it's an attempt to lower their overhead and increase profits. And then they decide to jack up membership prices. Shame on you, 24!

I started going to the Walnut gym last July. Although this facility has a number of different kinds of machines compared to other 24Hr Fitness facilities, it's always good to be educated on how to effectively use them. I had the pleasure of meeting and be trained by Kiyo as to which machines would be beneficial for the results I'm trying to accomplish. Thanks to Kiyo's brief training which gives me the knowledge to maximize my workout to reach my goal quickly. Kiyo is friendly, professional, patience, and very personable. He presented the PT plans, but was not too pushy. He was welcoming to showing me the other machines that are of interest to me in the future. He's a good representative of 24 Hr Fitness. Kudos to him👏👏👏

Great gym, much cleaner with more equipment than other 24s like Puente Hills. I would recommend, if you can, to buy the 2 year pass from costco. Save yourself money in the long run and don't have to pay the annual maintenance fee if you are paying monthly.

The sole reason for the one star is due to the kids club shutting down. How else can parents workout? For parents this is the most essential part of their gym membership. The excuse is it's costing too much to keep it open. Then shorten the kids club hours, not take it away completely. Don't do this to parents, 24!
