I’ve been with 9Round West Covina for a couple of years now and always had a great time. Trainers are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. No judgment free zone and you feel great after each workout. And best thing is it’s only 30 minutes which goes by fast. Great place to get started on your fitness journey.

I joined about a month ago and 9Round had been the best gym I’ve ever joined. Trainer Eric calmly and thoroughly explains each workout, no matter how many times I’ve already been instructed on how to jab and hook. 10/10 would recommend!

Omg what a workout. Gym always smells good and is clean. You really work up a sweat even with the ac on 😅. The trainers know how to keep you motivated super beginner friendly. Definitely going back …

This is a great gym for improving your strength, working on cardio at the same time, and just in 30 mins a day. If you want to work out but don't know how to deal with weights/ machines in regular gyms or how to begin with your body. It's worth a try. Their exercise changes every day. They also have trainers during open time. Eric is a great instructor.

I am so happy I decided to try out this gym!! I’ve never tried kickboxing until 9Round, but I wish I found out about this place sooner! The owner and trainers are so helpful and passionate in what they do. I never leave here without a good sweaty workout :)

I loved 9Rounds in West Covina. The trainers here are very helpful and always push me to be better. Shout out to Eric, Art and the rest of the staff for being so supportive and friendly. Would definitely recommend anybody to come though and get their train on in any level!

I normally can't get myself to exercise at home and don't know what to do at the gym. So I am grateful that 9Round has become my local gym filled with trainers who know how to meet you where you're at and encourage/ challenge you. The environment is comfortable and inviting to those just starting out and it's a quick and effective way to get a good workout in while also burning tons of calories. Highly recommend coming to check out!

This is my first time participating in any fitness gym so I was pretty reluctant to start even though the introductory session was pretty good.It's been almost 4 months now and I can safely say this was one of the best decisions for my health and fitness that I've ever made.The trainers are friendly and really meet you where you are. They push you when they see a need and tell you to chill when you're going too hard.Doing an intense workout for 30 minutes in the form of kickboxing makes it really fun and efficient.
