Best trainers ever! Phillip helped me lose 20 pounds and I couldn’t be happier. He always encourages me to get to my goal no matter what and I couldn’t be more thankful. He definitely is the most caring trainer I’ve ever had. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Phillip told me when I signed up that I could lose 8 pounds in a month if I really tried. The doctor told me I need to lose weight as fast as possible so I was looking for someone to get me to my goals fast. Phillip did not disappoint. The amount of detail he has every single day for my diet and my goals is something I am very grateful for.I’ve lost 10 pounds so far and it’s only been a month. It is so extremely motivating to see the weight go down and my stomach to shrink. I feel stronger and more flexible than ever too. Phillip truly cares about his clients and it really shows. If you want a trainer who will look out for you, then Phillip is definitely the one for you!

There’s much I can say about Phillip and his team but ill start off by saying I’m officially down 60 pounds. 60 pounds!! I was 210 when I first started, overweight and feeling sluggish all the time 24/7. Im now 150 pounds and inching my way up to 160 to build some more muscle. Phillip has been incredible to work with. We’re 8 months in but this is something I’m going to be doing for the rest of my life. If you’re in the market for a trainer, Phillip is the guy for you!

I've been training here for 6 months now and I'm incredible happy with results. I've almost having a hard time with losing my stubborn belly fat, but I can see that has been a significant decrease in mid section. Philip and Johann have been amazing trainers and I highly recommend anyone who's looking for high quality trainers to come here.

My older brother came here and he lost a ton of weight so I decided to join him and it was definitely the best decision I’ve made this year. I feel stronger than ever and I’ve learned so much about working out and getting healthier overall.I never once felt my chest or shoulders worked out and it’s because my form was all off. Phillip is definitely the best trainer around. I totally recommend this place.

I’ve been training with Phill for over 2 years now and I’ve been absolutely in love with the progress. I started at 115 pounds and I could never put on the size I wanted no matter how hard I tried. I’m now standing at 140 pounds and I feel healthier and stronger than ever.One of the biggest things that working out consistently has done was give me more energy. I feel like I’m so much more energized and I’m so glad I made the jump to start personal training. 10/10 trainers here. You won’t regret it.

I made the right decision to choose Aspire Fitness as my professional trainer.All trainers are well knowledgeable and patient. Phil made a personalized training plan for me including daily menu and snacks, assignments and workout plan.I only work out two times a week so far and now I am 174lbs from 188lbs within four months. I am so happy with my result and I will be keeping working out with them.

I absolutely love Phill! I’ve been with him for around 3 months now and the results have been incredible. I can now squat up to 205lbs and I can definitely see a huge huge difference in my waist and butt. I got tighter without getting bigger which is exactly what I wanted from personal training. It’s so nice to LEARN everything I need to in order to properly train and workout safely. I love this gym and all the personal trainers here. Totally recommend!

I love training with Phillip! I started in 2020 after the pandemic and I was really worried about finding a clean and safe environment to train. I thought I’d give Aspire a chance and it was definitely the best decision I’ve made in terms of my fitness and goals. The training here is top notch. They push you to your limits and really force you to get to your goals. I’ve lost around 20 pounds and I feel amazing. If you’re looking for amazing trainers, then you definitely have to come here!

Ive been training with Phillip since March and I’ve really enjoyed my time here. My husband and I have trained with other trainers who were always late or canceled so its refreshing to go to a gym where we could trust the trainers. Some even added people to our sessions while we were paying for that 1 on 1 time. Jack, Emmett, and Phillip all have that integrity and give 100% no matter what. I’m currently down 8lbs and my cardio is off the charts. Come to Aspire if you’re looking for awesome trainers!
