Crunch Fitness - Diamond Bar

I come here 3 days. So far so good.

Gym manager Johnny is the worst part of this gym. All he cares about is juicing his gym numbers and will harrass you if your home gym isn’t set to this diamond bar location. Gym workers are constantly cycled out and the reason why people quit is because of this Johnny guy.

They don’t fix things that break- water bottle filler has been broken most of the last year. It’s broken now. Early mornings slow music is ridiculous! Easy like Sunday morning, Lionel Richie today.. playing love songs, what a bad joke this location is becoming. This is how gyms fail!

Great gym. I joined several years ago when I was recovering fromA car accident and this place is been such a blessing. Thanks to their hydro massage I was able to get thru my workouts as I slowly recovered. Staff and management is very committed to fitness and making sure you have a great experience at the gym.

I just joined, Ketsy and Johnny were amazing! Plenty of equipment, both machines and free weights. Their dumbbell range is all the way to 100 pounds, which is 25 pounds heavier than planet fitness. I'll begin my 1st day journey tomorrow.

Has more equipment than some other crunch gyms. Very friendly staff. And everything is always clean. I just wish they would fix the water filter for the water bottle filling station.

I'm new, signed with Ms Kazzy Gomez. Quick easy no nonsense. Explained well. Great price (had the kids shop around for me) rest of the staff answered questions when asked. Nothing's perfect, but very, very good value.

Great place to work out, staff and members verry nice, none intimidating feal. Trainer Karina is verry knowledgeable, helpful even when it's not your turn. Shows you how to get the best from the torture devices ( woops I mean workout machines. )

Trying to cancel my daughter’s membership because they force her to do it and they told her she can cancel it with in 60days we came in person 3 times to cancel and they always said sorry no manager here. Today 9/23 they charge her bank annual fees $49 and 2 months already she just enrolled in august.Finally I met a manager asked her to cancel it and return her money since she never comes.She refused and took everyone and left the front desk with all the computer open on my personal information. And the other computer has another person information.So If my identity gets stolen, I know now it’s from this branch. Please be carefulThe general manager, wouldn’t tell me her name, and refused to cancel our memberships. I had to call the police to come and make them cancel Our membership.

I 10/10 recommend this gym. I go regularly to this gym and there has been no sort of problems. People clean their own machines, bars and equipment. Also if you lose something you can call in and ask them about it. People from the gym never take your stuff and return everything. The community is very friendly and let you work in and are super respect as well as the staff. Another reason I recommend this gym is because it is right next to Walmart, making it super convenient to shop after your workout. I don't see any reason why you shouldn't get a membership here. Also if you run out of your own water, the gym has cold water, which tastes just as good as fridge water. Compared to 24 hours, this gym is really nice because people actually put back their weights in the right place.
