I am so glad that fitness 19 took over this gym from 24 hour fitness. They have made many positive changes and really improved this location. The staff is extremely professional courteous and caring. I truly enjoy my workouts there. I have really benefited from working with my personal trainer Carlos Gonzalez helping me with my workouts. In just a month I've made some amazing progress and I could not have done it without Carlos. I want to give a shout out to Dylan and Patricia they too are amazing young people and an asset to the company.
