I’m so happy I found Hourglass lab! I immediately felt comfortable working out and when I feel comfortable it just motivates me even more to keep up with my workouts. I signed up for one on one sessions with Crystal and let me tell you SO WORTH IT. She watches my form, recommends heavier weights, reminds me to breath correctly. Invest in yourself you’ll never regret it. Thanks for all your help Crystal!

Crystal is a great motivator and will guide you in effective and organized workouts with various plan options. As an all women gym, Hourglass Labs makes me feel comfortable and safe when I work out. It’s also never crowded, so you don’t have to wait to use any of the machines or weights. The inside is decorated so cute too!

Love love love hourglass lab!!! Where do I begin, I came to hourglass not knowing anything about fitness, I had tried it all, from keto to fasting you name it I did it. Coming to hourglass was the best thing I did for myself! Crystal is truly amazing! She cares about her clients and wants you to get your moneys worth. Texts you when you don’t show up, encourages you, motivated you! I have been at hourglass for over a year now and honestly it’s more than a gym for me! I come here to reset, to realize my stress, the environment here is so amazing, you will learn proper form, you will get stronger. Most importantly it’s a super clean, and the vibes are always so amazing how you can listen to the music and have all the beautiful lighting that really bring out the confidence in you.! It’s all women only so feel free to be yourself, remove your tshirt, try out this place queens! 🥰

I would recommend Hourglass Lab because other gyms are way too crowded and I like how it flows in here. I have my own personal space. Everywhere else I went was way too packed especially around six and seven. Because it’s a woman only space, everyone is really friendly and everyone’s working towards the same goal of self improvement.

I love this gym because it's NOT like the commercial gyms. I get my workouts in after work in the evening, so it's super important for me to have a rack available to me during rush hours. I do NOT have to wait for anything here! I'd have to wait and sometimes not be able to get a rack at all at the commercial gyms. I feel like I get my moneys worth because I can kill my workout without any problems even at around 6-9pm! I love being able to play my music here - Such a great space!!

If you wanna get strong and SNATCHED, you need to come here. Crystal is an amazing trainer and teaches an effective workout to grow your glutes and more. There's also the added bonus of it being female only, so no need to worry about guys bothering you while you work out.This is also a great place for beginners even if you've never lifted at all and want to start. Everyone who goes here is also super friendly! :)
