Jody, Tom, and the entire Kaizen Martial Arts & Fitness staff are by far, the most incredible, dedicated, motivating, inspiring, personable and welcoming people I have ever met. I love taking the cardio kickboxing class almost every night and the TRX class on the weekend with Jody. I literally cannot wait to come everyday because I know I'm going to feel great after class. The environment is fun, the people in class with me are encouraging, but most of all, Jody has your best interest in terms of making sure all movements are done correctly to get the most efficient and effective workout in. If you're looking for a great and fun workout, in a family/friendly environment, look no further! I've almost completed 2 months here already and have seen and feel a difference!

EVERYONE here is great. So attentive and very friendly. I first signed up my son for the two week trial and not once did I feel pressured into signing up. The sensei's there are so great with the kids, very patient with them and I absolutely love that they sit down with the kids and discuss healthy eating habits as well as other healthy habits that kids should develop. I also really love that the kids can go EVERYDAY and more than once a day. They don't limit you to once a week or once a day. You really get your money worth and your kids really learn to develop focus and concentration skills. So much better then the kids staying home on their devices. Furthermore, they host nice little craft day/activities on the weekend for the kids which my son really enjoyed. Overall I totally recommend it.

My son has been enrolled in karate lessons at Kaizen for just over a month now, and our experience has been positive from the start. Coming in as first-timers to martial arts, the Kaizen family has been nothing short of kind, helpful, patient, and reassuring. My little one looks forward to coming to class and is already showing growth in self-confidence. Sensei Zach, Sensei Anthony, and Sensei Michelle have a good rapport with the students and their parents. They really pay attention to the kids during class and take the time to provide individual support, as needed. And it's not just support with martial arts, but also with emotions when kids come in from having a rough day. I also appreciate the relaxed (not pushy) atmosphere, as Tom runs his studio with a very welcoming and flexible perspective. Jody, Tom's wife, is there to greet you with a kind smile and is great at getting back to any questions you might have via email or by phone. If you're still on the fence about signing up your child, I'd give the trial classes a try. I think you'll be glad that you did.
