Great value compared to other gyms in the area. Best for those who prefer machine workouts over free weights and offers included fitness sessions but I haven't taken advantage to see if they are any good. Busiest in evenings (5-9pm) otherwise easy to grab the exercise machine you may want.

Don't want to go here Rob is it terrible GM gives very bad advice. He will set you up for failure and cancel your membership Rob is not your friend

I started coming here beginning of August. My regular time is 5AM. The crew usually changes up between a few people but let me tell you they are all amazing! Always cleaning and disinfecting the machines, refilling the disinfectant sprays, paper towels. Restrooms are always clean. I live in Ontario and that’s my “home gym” but I come here to work out and shower before work. The difference between my home gym in Ontario and this one is night and day! The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Good job guys. You all are great !

One of the employees “isreal” is incredibly rude and just isn’t fit for the job. He actively works against what the franchise means.

Horrible experience from Kevin the supervisor on the floor 09/30/23. And bailee Rude out of shape people. A horrible example for a fitness company. Thank God they steered my away this was just a backup gym. I appreciate my regular gym even more now.
