I'm so happy there's a gym that is closer to me -- not only that, but it's spacious and big!The only complaint I have is the temperature inside -- super hot and uncomfortable. The fans and AC need to be turned on. I was abnormally drenched in sweat toward the end of my workout

Bathrooms are only for Members. Tesla Owners are not welcome. Manager was snarky not even polite guy with the glasses.

I work out at the Diamond Bar facility 2-3 times per week and it is always feels very welcoming and safe. The staff is friendly and the environment is extremely clean.

Great gym! Friendly and helpful staff! Some of the best equipment I've seen at a planet fitness. I've been a Black Card member for about 5 years and this is one of the best locations I've been to. Today I notice one of the equipment wasn't going to work right. I informed the staff member (Matthew) up front and he asked me where it was and he was there to take care of the situation right away. He was extremely thankful to me for pointing it out. That's some really great service.

My experience going to the gym has been overall the best. More equipment than other places and have been cleaned to the tee. My favorite overall gym definitely going here more often. The drive will be worth it
