I'm not personally signed up here, my friend is. We've only been for a consultation so far but the vibe is great, place is clean & well organized. The staff was fantastic! Look forward to raising my rating once we've had some time in the gym 💪 😊 …

I’ve gone to Sealey for about two months, twice a week, for personal training. Jami is a very attentive and encouraging trainer. She listens to the goals and objectives I have plus makes mindful recommendations. The people I’ve met here are welcoming, supportive and nonjudgmental. I’m getting a little stronger with each session :)It’s worth the time and effort. I’m happy I found them!

Aaron might be the hardest working coach I've ever met and from what I can tell he knows everything you could ever want to know anything about in the realms of strength and athletics. He seems to make time to study intensely between training sessions. If he doesn't know the answer to your question today, he will tomorrow.I've trained around Aaron since 2012, before he was Coach Sealey, when he was just that weightlifter with a massive deadlift. Since ascending to coach, I've watched him train (and often compete alongside) his clients in weightlifting, triathlons, CrossFit, and endurance challenges. And all the while his clients are losing weight and looking healthy and strong. After 3 years spent competing in weightlifting, I burnt out. I'd drag myself to train and suffer through each session. I decided I wanted a change in my routine and asked Aaron to help me prepare for other strength sports. Of course Aaron said yes. He's been crushing me daily for a while now and I hate it but only in the way that we all actually really hate going to the gym but we do it anyway because we love ice cream more and we need some justification and also because it's just so fun to bang weights and get huge.

Aaron is a master of his craft and has an eye for movement. There is no fluff, no smoke, no curtains, he is truly a professional who can get you from point A to point B in your fitness journey. He is truly patient, but knows how much and when to challenge you to help accelerate your growth and get you to a new level. He used to be an athlete in many different arenas so he understands the mental and physical demands of different sports. I have really enjoyed having him as a part of my life and look forward to the continued impact he has with people.
