They're finally allowing "regular" members to workout out again and unfroze my memberships without letting me know. I didn't find out until two weeks later and asked them if I could get credit for the two weeks I didn't know they were open and didn't receive a notification or a call.I requested credit for the two weeks, since I didn't receive a notification.The girl in the front kindly let me know she couldn't.I then said I understand if you can't do anything about it but I would like to speak to a manager to see if they can help at least give me credit.Another employee standing next to her started talking down to me and gave me a lot of attitude. She was really rude.I'm not one for a confrontation so I asked for a manager. The manager then began cursing and yelling at me. He promised me I wouldn't get my time or money back and told me to go to a different gym.On my next visits to workout, the manager kept following me everywhere I went, even when I was in the restroom, and sauna. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation. That was the last time I went.Long story short, they're bullies that will take your money without providing the level of services promised. They took advantage of a lot people during the pandemic. This place is terribly managed.I got a year and a half out my three membership. Now the won't even credit me for the time the pandemic took from my time.They charged me a late fee for my annual dues when I didn't even get a year fulfilled.This place could be great, but they desperately needs a new manager running this place.They constantly change their hours of operation without notice. When I got my membership they promised 24/7.I went all out on this place and spent a bunch of money here. Trust me, it's not worth it. You can only loose here.Go to LA fitness across the street. They actually have customer service skills

That is a SUPER BAD experience to buy the merchandise here! I’m a foreigner and want to purchase some merchandise for the gift. But I returned some and reordered something new. The front door said he was new there and couldn’t process the return stuff, but he still charged me the new trade. After that, he let me leave and said he would call his boss to process this trade. But after over two months, they still do nothing and never reply to my email. I thought this was defiantly a fraud.

Pretty good gym solely based on my free trial after I was invited to the gym by Andrew(Aka the Hispanic version of Ben Stiller). He seems like a nice enough fellow for the time me being there, but I could tell by his face expression that he been told a lot of nos, so he was kind of fed up on getting his hopes up of me ever sign up, but the same time maybe I will go for it! I could tell he was the nicest for the time being, while other stuff members not so much, like the front desk people, when you asked them about the price of the energy drinks, they simply say they don't know, you have to wait inline at juice bar to find out the price! The kick boxing class was pretty intense, you will definitely get a workout out of that! The Brazilian jujitsu class was also good,45-60 minutes long with a lot of hand on experience with other members as well as the coach! The lockers in the locker room was cutting edge, I loved the secure way so you could place your padlock, other then that not as clean as planet fitness, just average to below average keeping up with LA fitness, 24 hour fitness as well as gold gym!

Have been since before covid. Staff is always cool. Lot of the trainers are awesome like Ed and Alejandra. But what really stands out and keeps me coming back is that their cleaning crew clean top to bottom all the time. Roger and Ethan are always cleaning. Roger is a vip with cleaning scrubbing the sauna taking the wood out and scrubbing, he goes unrecognized for all the effort he really does.

Only good thing about the gym are the hours, and the tvs (except one) the equipment would be great if it was well maintained/clean. There’s never any towels/napkins out to clean off when you’re done working out so no one bothers to even do it and the restrooms are always dirty, patches all around the gym floor that are ripped up and you’ll be lucky if there’s a mat covering the hole where you’re bound to trip and injure yourself, the one thing they’re good at is taking your money and you being able to tell everyone you “workout at ufc” I rather be at planet fitness.

Friendly Staff, Clean Equipment, Great uptime on equipment. This place feels like more than a gym it feels like a community of like minded individuals who want a similar thing. To be the best versions of themselves they could be and also are super courteous and available to give knowledge and get knowledge. So many gyms are packed with hotheads and know it alls but I guess when your gym has a ring in the middle of it to settle beefs people become a little less hostile and focus on bettering themselves and others. Would definitely recommend 👌

I want to take this time to give UFC Gym Rosemead a BIG THANK YOU for being such an amazing, clean, friendly and welcoming gym. From management down the line everyone that works there is just wonderful. A special shout out to Vanessa for being so amazing with my kiddos. They just love you so much and it’s nice that they love coming with me because of how amazing everyone there is. Thank you Jason and Trish for managing this gym so well and hiring the wonderful staff you have.

My favorite place to be. Has sleds, tires, battle ropes, farmer walk bars, olympic setups, a staircase, heavy bags, and all the regular gym equipment. Also less crowded. Staff are excellent and kind. So are the members.
