If I had to pick one workout to do forever, this would be it. Jazzercise combines cardio, strength/resistance training, and stretching/flexibility. It’s the total package for a total body workout and it’s just fun! The friendliest environment accessible to any age or fitness levels

I danced here for over five years before I moved out of state . It was unlike any workout I’ve ever done and it felt more like a fun dance club than a chore. The music Jazzercise choreographs their routines to was 50% of the reason I got hooked and the other half was the warm and inviting instructors who felt like friends that wanted you to succeed. I miss them so much and I will always visit when I go home. There is no place like West Jordan Jazzercise in the world.

In November I decided to stop focusing on dieting and start focusing on my health. I set a goal to Jazzercise 2-3 times a week and to eat for my health. 5 months later I have lost 5 lbs. without trying to loose any weight. I lost fat and gained muscle mass in that 5 lb. weight loss. 🤩Jazzercise is designed to give you a work out that will keep you healthy, strong and functional no matter your age and I love 💕 to dance 💃 and get fit. Love this workout!! So much fun you can’t believe the hour is gone! I love the people, instructors, music, atmosphere…the list goes on and on…. This facility also has an AMAZING dance floor, it’s easy on the joints❤️ This is the best way I’ve found to stay young😊 …

Love my jazzercise! The music is up to date and so are the moves. I get a great cardio, and strength workout all within 1 hour.The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable.Options are always provided so that if I have day where my back is hurting, I don’t have to jump or jar it to get an amazing, sweaty workout.Everyone should try it, but give it a handful of tries before saying I’m not coordinated enough…. No one gets all the moves perfectly on the first try.

Every time I travel to Utah I come to Jazzercise West Jordan! They make it easy to move your body in an open accepting and encouraging environment. They take away all fear and help you to become a happy and healthier version of yourself! Love the instructors, workouts and energy here!

For years I was struggling with knee pain and lower back pain. I was doing yoga, walking and strength training but nothing helped, until I joined Jazzercise. I am now pain free and really look forward to going to class every day. They offer a wide variety of classes that often incorporate weights, bands and/or balls. The best part about Jazzercise is the people - all of the instructors and members are so welcoming and encouraging. If you're looking for a fun way to work out with friends, I highly recommend Jazzercise!

This place is awesome! The instructors are top notch. I've never felt such energy and positive reinforcement. I'm not a dancer and could do the classes just fine. They cater to every skill level. It was the best workout and had me sweating while still being a blast! 10/10 recommend.
