Great for any age from children into 60s. No matter how bad a day I've had, after Class, I feel renewed, revived and energized. My memory and coordination have improved tremendously as well as my flexibility, balance and confidence. My skiing has noticeably also improved.

So glad I found this place, you not only get to spend time with awesome people but the things you learn are invaluable and really awesome! You learn ways of self defense that you probably didn't even know existed before, while also learning where they came from which is equally as cool.

Traditional training. Many styles. Many weapons. Direct lineage from grandmasters in China. Best martial arts instruction I have ever received. They improved foundational parts of my technique other studios overlooked. My advice: Get trained right the first time from this studio.

Monk Wise was recommended to me several years ago and I am glad I followed the recommendation. The environment is supportive and fun at the same time. The Sifus and Instructors encourage and challenge us at every class and help us push our limits, but are reasonable and understanding at the same time. Lessons are offered in Tai Chi, Kung Fu, weapons training and many extras like Sanda and Animal Forms are also taught. Very enjoyable experience for the last 3 years and I hope for many more to come!

I've been learning Tai Chi and Kung Fu for about one year now from this studio and have absolutely enjoyed it. I've lost weight, gained flexibility and been able to share my class time with some amazing people. The class is focused on traditional Kung Fu of both northern and southern styles. Many places claim to teach authentic Kung Fu but few actually do. I recently took a trip to China and while there met some Kung Fu masters who were demonstrating exactly the same forms and movements I was being taught back at Monk Wise. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Monk Wise and look forward to class as many times my schedule permits.

I have been learning martial arts from Monk Wise for about 7 months now. I absolutely LOVE this studio. The environment is very friendly and comforting. The teachers are amazing and they help each individual student 1 on 1. I have gained internal strength, focus, flexibility, fluid movements and physical strength. I haven't heard of any other studio that dedicates so much time to their students. They have several activities to keep us motivated and involved our martial arts. Trip to China, Summer retreat, Clinics and performances. I'm very proud to be a student of monk wise and I look forward to attending class as often as possible.
