I can’t say enough amazing things about The Movement. It is life changing…. Really! 100% I would recommend The Movement. The people are wonderful, the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and there isn’t one of them that I don’t adore. You won’t find a better workout anywhere and you definitely won’t find any cooler people to be around. It is the BEST!

I was visiting my sister here in Utah and during my stay I went CrossFit gym hopping (CrossFit helo, CrossFit O.U.R, crossfit Draper, and the movement training day) This one was by far my favorite. The staff was professional and very knowledgeable. Next time I’m in town I’m definitely doing some drop in classes here!!!

Awesome environment. Most gyms might seem scary or a bit intimidating but this place has a real genuine inviting atmosphere. The people here make it easy to want to come back day in and day out for workouts you never thought you could do.

The Movement is a place a lot of us call home. There’s no better place to work out than with great friends and with the greatest coaches. No matter your level of fitness or strength, you will always feel welcome and will pushed to be a better version of yourself.

I had such a great experience here! The members and coaches are super welcoming and the class is challenging. I haven't done much with a barbell and the coach was super supportive and corrected my form. I'm looking forward to coming here again!

This is the place you want to be training at. The trainers, the workouts and the people are the best. Family oriented but never prude! You can’t stop laughing all class long and at the same time happily dying because of the workouts. Never did CrossFit before, but the trainers and people make you feel comfortable and help you to get better. I never felt out of place or intimidated here. You will not regret giving this place a try. Definitely not just a gym, this place gets you body, head, and heart at its best!

This is a great place to go and have some fun while staying fit. The trainers are awesome and make even the most difficult workouts fun. The members are friendly and welcome newcomers with open arms. Definitely has a family feel.

My wife and I have been going to this gym for a little over a year. The coaching and gym is top notch. Everybody makes you feel welcome and the workout push everyone to there limits in a safe way. You will not be disappointed in going to this gym.

Best gym I’ve ever been to, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Really motivates you to come and do better. I’ve tried working out on my own and at a few other places, but always feel and look my best when I’m going here.

I absolutely love this gym. I went there for 3+ years and loved the community, but most importantly the principals they teach of living an overall healthy life. The coaches are AMAZING. They will show you you everything you need to know and how to do it correctly to prevent injuries. If I could, I would rate it 10 stars!
