Love their group fitness classes. Bring back Hailey's Barre class on Fridays.

This has been such an awful experience at every turn. I can’t believe I’m still dealing with them months after canceling in June. I would not recommend EoS.

I don't belong but i was thinking on joining but after reading some of the review i don't think i am going to join i am looking for a new gym because i don't like the one i belong to now i guess i will keep looking until i find one i like

Update : 9.4.23 - i tried cancelling my membership a few months ago. They said it was cancelled but the membership kept charging me. I cancelled a month ago and was told it was going to charge me for one last month but today i see a pending $74 charge in the app that will hit in October.I walked into the place today and asked them to cancel my account again. The girl at the front wrote my number and name down on a sticky note and said she’d get it done. Yea no - i asked for a manager and he showed me on the screen it’s going to be cancelled and it’s only showing charges in case i decide to stay. Sounds like horse manure that no one has called them out on. I hope someone gets litigious with them because it’s basically Paramount with less letters (EoS).Still don’t think my account is cancelled. And the fact the manager below only said he was glad I’m loving the gym really shows they don’t even read this stuff. You get what you pay for at a $23+ gym.Leaking ceiling is a perk! I don’t get the complaints, getting some water splashing on your face while on the stair stepper is an added bonus. Like a mister but with ceiling water.

Love this fitness do awesome job on fixing, repair of all equipment also they are so willing to help you with you workouts welcoming here.

Extremely disappointed because a year ago it was such a great location. But hopefully they make some changes. I do love their equipment here. But it could be better

Just joined so far so good. Main water bottle refill station (mounted to the left-side wall as you enter the front door) is not working properly. Only feedback is please refill paper towels more often, they’ve ran out every time I’ve gone so far.

My trainer ignored me and stopped training me, and they kept billing me $160 each month for no service provided. It has taken them 5 months since I have reported the problem and it still has not been fixed. This is the worst gym I have ever been to and they have jerked me around in every way. Do not go to this gym, they have only stolen my money and wasted my time.

I tried twice to use that machine and it doesn't work, they don't maintain it.

Place is amazing! Way better than vasa! Patrick at the front desk was a huge help!
