To charge $3 extra just because you use a debit card seems a bit bizarre to me. Price gouging at its finest because the credit card fee isn’t even that much. It’s literally mere cents.

Soon as this place took over they demolished the skatepark outside by the tennis courts. They told me they were gonna be renovating and making it better and adding more stuff to skate.So I started going up there every day after work to check on the progress for months. They ended up finally telling me one day that they basically lied and they wouldn't be bringing any skatepark back. That skatepark is now an abandoned tennis court locked up and growing weeds. A real eyesore. And goes to show where the owners heads are at. I'll never forgive them or that place for destroying a place that kids/everybody used to just go skate and have fun.Spend your money somewhere else. Not here.

Place is always clean. Usually doesn’t get too packed, so the machines, and weights are mostly always available. Perfect if you prefer to work out without the huge crowds of people.

This facility has all the amenities. Brand new equipment. The receptionist is very kind and Rabih was also kind enough to give me a tour. They made me feel welcomed. Thanks.

We had our reception their the review that they reported to the manager was bad, the front desk had spoken unappropriatelyI to there kid but not to the parents that's what the altercation was about you don't address kids and not there parents he gave us a bad review because he was mad at the parents for addressing him about there kids but he was just as wrong I seen everyone outside smoking not in the bathroom I don't believe that . 2. I think it was all planted including the trash on the floor we checked the hall B4 we left anybody could put trash on the floor after we left and take a picture If we checked B4 we left make it make sense he was just mad because the parent checked him about there kid who wouldn'toumom clean up after the reception how do we know they didn't just put it there and take a picture because he had words with a parent for

The bald guy at the front desk is very rude & unnecessarily aggressive! He proceeded to speak to me in a disrespectful, aggressive tone & even came from behind the desk to walk towards me while yelling. All because me & my brother wanted to look inside the gym (from the lobby, not entering the gym) before I paid to see if it was too crowded or not. We’re not about to pay & not be able to play because it’s overly crowded! He needs to be fired due to his aggressive & rude customer service!

Absolutely amazing staff! They help so much with the community! They have a really nice sauna and a lot of different programs for the whole family! Extremely clean and courteous!

***Highly recommend gym***To begin, their parking lot is very large/ clean; They provides trash cans outside of the parking lot. Also, they have great customer services with a welcome greetings each time you walk in. Make you feel at home. Additionally, they have a mini restaurant with protein shakes, my favorite is incredible hawk. To add, their bathroom/looker rooms are always clean and inside the lookers! If you’re looking for a great home gym, Hype is the one! HAVE A GREAT DAY!

This place was very nice the staff was splendid my son had his wedding reception here and it was great
