Never sign a contract here!!!!!! I've literally been trying to cancel it since June. And they literally give me the run around every single time I call. When I finally get to talk to someone they assure me it's cancelled and lo and behold next month I get charged again. Never a manger in store. Won't do anything on the phone. Absolutely asinine...

Equipment and cleaning are lacking badly. Mens sauna room is moldy around the temperature reader, walls near floor are either black from dirt or mold. The pic I added is of the floor around the heater in the sauna. Clearly hasn't been cleaned around in years. I expect a clean facility when there is staff there during all business hours. This is just terrible for how long I've been a member here

Potential members should be aware that they could potentially be billed for 2 annual memberships within a one year contract. After paying my final agreed upon monthly charge on my 1 year contract, I went in to inform them that I was canceling/not renewing. I was told that I would still have to pay an annual fee (which is a second as I’d already paid one closer to the beginning of my contract.) I was surprised at this as the renewal date is 9/12 and the annual fee is 9/12 so I thought that was the annual fee for the renewed term if I renewed. I guess it is technically contractually viable, although a bit underhanded. I had planned on coming back. I will not ever be returning despite previous plans to do so when my life circumstances made it more viable.I believe that new members should be given the basic respect of transparency. I understand that companies need to make money, but I think it should be spelled out point blank that their one year annual membership obligates 2 annual fees within it. The person who gave me the bad news did it in a respectful way, and all of my interactions with front desk staff have been positive. My time at the gym has always been positive. I simply wish the full scope had been explained to me upon sign up. Not reading carefully enough was my own folly, but I hope that if others sign up under similar terms they now have the information to make a fully informed decision.

I didn’t catch his name but whoever you have at the front desk this morning was incredibly helpful. He helped get my account in order and made it very easy to do so. Thank you again!

This gym is good, but it would be better if you put some damn clips on the cables

I workout there at least 3 to 5 days a week and they haven’t fixed their water fountain in more than 2 months so you can’t get water

Let’s talk about how long the water fountain hasn’t worked correctly. Who wants hot water when working out? It’s been MONTHS!!!! I’ve seen some people “fixing” it guess that’s what you get for “hiring” people and not actual hiring professionals. Here is the icing on the cake!!! They raised the price of bottled water.Bend over…. My fellow gym rats.

BEGINNING FITNESS INDIVIDUALSEdge Fitness, Lifetime fitness, Forum fitness center. DO NOT COME HERE. (1Y+ member)Listen to the bad reviews — as I can say I had a complete change heart of this location. Enough to I’m rewriting a review because I openly state they didn’t deserve my past one. They don’t take care of their equipment compared to other gyms, they’re increasing pay rates without change. The (one and only) water fountain pisses hot water. It has been that way for 8+ months. When nobody takes from the fountain for a long period of time the water is sometimes steaming (Which is a serious healthcode violation, surpassing 113°)For awhile they let people just take the refrigerated water upfront. Now they want you to come to their gym, get your body temp up, drink their unsanitary hot water in contrast to paying for their accessible cold water. Dont like it? Have fun with your humorous $200 cancelation fee. They care about pumping new members, not prioritizing them. Corporate management is terrible.

all i can say is WOW. my boyfriend and i were going at 5am every morning, all the employees just texting on their phones all the time. never paying any attention to whats going on around them,. the machines are always dusty. the mamagment is piss poor. the bathrooms always had toilet paper and paper towles all over the ground.when we first started going i was just going as his "guest" and every mornign it was such a huge process just for me to go with him so then instead we just downgraded his membership and got us both memberships so we didnt have to deal with it. that was short lived and a mistake.its literally impossible just to cancel a membership and even when you finally are able to after flipping out then they charge you $ on top of it after telling us when we signed up its super easy to cancel and no fees.we could hardly get on any equiptment when we did go in the evenings after work which is why we switched to mornings cause there is no room cause they have so many different classes going on and there is always "machine down" signs on things.they bolted all the benches to the ground as well so you cant even move them and go in your own area or anything.but most importantly, and ive already said it and ill say is again., PISS POOR MANAGMENT

Great classes, great trainers and the front desk staff is fun and helpful. Also, I enjoy the diversity of equipment available. The turf is my favorite place to play.
