The manager at this location Rey is extremely rude and unhelpful in resolving an issue with my account. On top the fact they are always crowded and have equipment that is either broken or unkept well. Would definitely steer clear of this 24hr.

Gym is not too bad, however it has a tendency to be overcrowded and a couple of their machines are down. There’s never enough room in the sauna , and the jacuzzi is always over crowded. The staff is nice and friendly. If you want to use things like basketballs/weight clamps/ ab wheels, they are available to use, just be prepared to turn something in for a short amount of time you have their possession-they have yours, and you get it back once you turn it back in. The gym isn’t big enough for the amount of people they have joined there. Totally wish there was an adults only policy where after 7pm 18 year old and younger has to leave the gym and go do their homework. The facility itself isn’t bad just way too many people to actually enjoy it.

This gym stinks the moment you enter. Dirty restrooms.

Crowded at the usual hours, so avoid if you can't find parking in the first 2-3 rows.

I love coming to this location to workout.. most of the staff is exceptional and friendly.. I am usually in my zone, listening to music and dancing as if I am the only one in there.. it's a great vibe..

Of all the locations what I've been in OC county (within distance wise), this one is the better ones. It's big, has two studios, lots of equipment among other amenities I don't use (pool, basketball court, cycle room, steam and sauna). One down side is hella people, but you make do with what's available or wait.

I used to go there for my swimming work out, three times a week. Water temperature should be set at 80 degrees at least in public swimming pool. The last three weeks the temperature plummeted to 75 degrees, registered at the thermostat by the sauna. It’s totally unacceptable for the public in general, especially for seniors who barely find comfort in a freezing dip at end of the day. Hope you find a capable repair man to fix the pool water heater. Pool water is also more murky and not salty compared to the one at Bristol/Edinger branch. Please go check again to make this place better…….

This club temporarily closed for the stupidest reason, they claim it was severe weather yet people still show up, restaurants still open and their name is “24 hour” hope they go out of business soon. If you have another club in the area, sign up for that instead. Also haft of the equipment in here does not work anyway

This location is great the personnel they are rude racist, I have a body membership, and I Brought my daughter with my wife, my daughter is about to turn 13, and they didn’t let us in, there is a white lady in the morning and she was extremely rude, my daughter and wife they are visiting from another state. And they had the worst experience at this location.
