Kallie and Johnny are awesome. I'm new to the gym (any gym actually ) but they made me feel so comfortable and were so sweet to my friend and I. I came in as a guest and walked out a premium member.

Use caution when signing up, there are a ton of fine print details they are not honest with in the first place, like there is no changing your payment date ( wish I would've known this I wouldn't have signed up when I did), and because of this they put my account in the negative and I'm losing my money every month, because of their stupid payment policies, $58 dollars in the hole a month. You HAVE to set up automatic withdraw (no exceptions). You can down grade from premium to basic, that's the ONLY benefit. It's not worth the premium membership, and I hate their showers, no privacy as you are forced to be naked behind privacy glass (which is no privacy at all) there are no curtains for the showers, so bring a huge towel to cover the glass door. Stay away from this gym and spare yourselves the financial heart ache. I'm losing out on over $200 by the time I can pay to cancel my husband's and my dismembership (because they are going to take your arm and leg because of this little detail they fail to tell you). Learn from my mistake and be wary when dealing with this gym.

Today was my first day back at the gym on YEARS. After recently finding out some unfortunate health news my friend suggested I visit a gym with her that she switched to on account of their great Zumba classes. Skeptical as ever I walked in feeling the weight of embarrassment lift right away. Monique welcomed us almost immediately and signed me up for my guest pass. She walked me through the app as well, and just made me feel so welcome. I realized quickly I didn't have a towel as we were about to go into my class, Lynette was gracious enough to jump behind a register and made sure I got one before going in. The atmosphere was great, the music was great. It was clean and the staff was very welcoming. I'm bringing all of my girlfriend's here!!! Thanks girls!!

Visited this facility while on vacation last week. Very impressed with employees Kallie and Ashley. They were very personable. Always addressed everyone by name, making myself and everyone feel welcomed. The facility was clean and very convenient for my needs. Thank you for being so upbeat and friendly!

Wonderful place for a quick workout. Facility is rather small, but it's very very adequate for what is needed. Best of all, it's never too overly crowded like others. There's always a piece of equipment available. And also, staff is super friendly and always cleaning. Yes, this gym doesn't smell like a gym. It's kept in pristine condition and never dusty or dirty. They even sanitize machines. Very recommended.

The facility is clean and was not too busy.. Small location but still efficient. The staff is very friendly... Fullerton location staff are neo-nazis about EVERYTHING on top of not being pleasant so kudos Westminister!!I will say that EVERY GYM should have the ESSENTIALS such as; battle rope & free weight squat racks!! I realize this location is smaller but I know there would be room for the necessary equipment. If Chuze gets back to me I can direct you to the best places to put said equipment. Thank you

By far the best staff and gym I have ever been to. It is very far away from work and home but the travel is totally worth it. It's always clean and I rarely have to wait for equipment. Shout out to Alaina for always being respectful professional and remembering my name.
