First day trying out here with my two sons (4 & 8) and I'm utterly impressed. The coaches are so professional while having a lot of heart and compassion for the kids and their mental health and abilities. My kids were sweaty! This place is going to help my kids physically and socially because the coaches build up their self esteem but also hold them accountable to the rules. A bonus is that this place has an anime theme! So if your kids are nerds and into anime you couldn't ask for a better gym. My kids had a blast doing the Little Heroes and Parkour class. A++++++

Fantastic fun! Outstanding staff was very helpful in teaching us new things and give personal attention when asked, couldnt speak more highly of them. The place itself is well thought out with plenty to do, our hour and a half felt like 5 minutes. We especially enjoyed the Olympic trampoline and the Nerf wars (several battles with handheld weapons like axes and shields and several battles with the guns and darts they provided). Great change of pace from the daily norm!

We finally checked this place out this week and my kids haven't stopped talking about it since we left. My 5 year old did the Little Hero class and my 7 year old did the Parkour class...and they both napped after (which they NEVER do)!Everyone from the front desk staff to the instructors to the people responding to emails have been incredibly friendly and helpful! This was our first organized class during the pandemic and we felt completely safe! The facility is clean and spacious, everyone was wearing a mask and social distancing was easy. We can't wait to come back! My kids have already requested to attend open gym everyday and the parents night outs! I only wish they had a toddler class because my 23 month old acted as if I was torturing him by not letting him join in the classes!

This place really bugs me. Over the years, we’ve signed up twice, and cancelled twice. The teachers seem to have the right attitude about sports, but don’t actually train any of the kids as you would expect teachers to do. Kids are just expected to go with the flow and do what’s asked. If they can’t, the teachers will just talk any anxiety down into not doing it. I guess it’s important to know your own limits, but this isn’t a place that will walk you through learning a new thing step by step. The first time we signed up my kid was six and asked his instructor to help him learn how to do a handstand. He was told “someone” could help him “at some point” for weeks (during which we stayed for open gyms and asked again and again but got brushed off), before I finally cancelled.Like an adult gym, they try to rope you in to contracts that don’t work for the family, and offer zero flexibility if their own admin, or the students, have changing needs. Fast forward a few years and we tried again but with their outdoor classes. They’ve changed the park venue after just two weeks to one that doesn’t work for our family, cancelled a class due to “increment weather” and offered no refund or makeup classes unless we drive to their new indoor venue in Westminster to attend a class indoors (hey, not to put too fine a point on it, but it isn’t what I signed up for.) Finally, I need to add, my kid got a bruise on his ribs from climbing some stadium seating, and none of the “teachers” seemed to notice or care or think to mention it happened. The injury wasn’t serious, kid was fine, but...I consider that a liability and I’d rather not risk it again.Gave them a good try, wasn’t for us.

Our first class was last week, and my kids have been counting down the days until the next class. I appreciate that one of the coaches who wasn't part of my kids' class happened to be walking past and noticed that one of my kids' form was off, so he stopped what he was doing and spent two minutes with him until he understood the correct form. It seems like all the employees attempt to cultivate a positive family-friendly atmosphere where everyone pitches in to help where they can, and encourages everyone to give their best effort.

The staff is very friendly and energetic. My daughter was so excited to do a back flip in her second tumbling class. She wasn’t sure she could do it, but her teacher was confident she could and encouraged her to try. He was right and she was so thrilled at her accomplishment. The facility is clean and well-equipped. I highly recommend!

My 9 year old son has been loving his parkour class! He tried a tumbling class as well on his max pass day, and really liked that too. The coaches pay attention to the kids and it’s fun to watch them during open gym time too. We signed up for the 4 month membership to start, but I think we’ll be switching to the year membership.

Impressive facility and staff! Our sons, who are 4 and 8 just completed their first class and loved it. Maddie in the office was very personable and knowledgeable, she greeted our sons right away which I always appreciate, checked in throughout our visit and was sensitive to my older son's needs who is on the spectrum. The Little Heroes class was perfect for our younger son and kept him engaged with obstacle courses and different challenges for 2 full hours! The Parkour class for the older kids is structured well with attainable goals and the Coaches worked at everyone's level while keeping a good pace. It was fun for both of them to come together on the floor in the last 15 minutes of class for strengthening. I noticed another family where Mom and kids took the class together, what a great family activity! The atmosphere was positive, staff very friendly and clearly talented, facilities were clean and they had mindful safety protocols that were clearly enforced. Overall, we were super impressed and ate excited to continue with our membership.

I will list the amenities below— as a fist timer, I was happy that they had anything I needed. I was worried about not having enough water or secure storage, but this place is comprehensive. Clean facilities, coaches are engaging (and caring), and has any other amenities you may need. There are tables, chairs, WiFi, lockers, and plenty of air circulating throughout. Large variety of classes to choose from. Particularly great for young ones, but also a great place adults to learn and practice, as well!To make your visit comfortable (and safe), I noticed they have these things:ChairsTablesWiFiBathrooms (women’s have feminine and baby products for free, presumably)Hand sanitizing stationWater fountains + bottle fillersCubby-sized lockers (lock-able with your own lock but I didn’t see locks on them)Ample parking
