I called to cancel my membership and they said I wouldn't be billed but then still charged me for this month and said I called to late. I would have been going to the gym had I known they were going to charge me. That person was not honest.

Love it / Hate it.Great business idea.Great Gym when everything works and I can access what I paid for.Lousy, lousy, lousy maintenance.I am considering moving to the competition who have decent maintenance management. No urinals for the men's bathroom.Several water fountains down. Paid towels service cannot regularly be accessed. Sauna broken for weeks.I will stay if they fix what I have paid for.

Nice looking gym but omg! It’s always so crowded! People take forever to let other people use the equipment. It’s not worth it!! The air feels so stuffy due to the fact that is so crowed it’s gross.. definitely a place you can go catch Covid and any other virus.. Dirty!Also I don’t understand why the salesperson still pushing to sale more membership like Hello! It’s all ready a circus there. Do not waste your time on even trying.

"You get what you pay for", I got the cheapest monthly deal membership is affordable but it is always packed so gotta wait on workout equipment. Massage chairs are already destroyed staff is always so busy and lost.anc I'm still waiting on my 3 month free membership to kick in since 3 months ago for my referrals

Everything is broken! The recovery room leg bags ALL leak and EVERY massage gun is broken and has been for a long time now! The swimsuit dryer is broken in the men’s locker room. I can go on and on. They do ZERO maintenance here and are just letting the place fall apart. I have NEVER been to a gym that is this bad. Also I never got my personal trainer session even though I tried at least 10 times to schedule until I finally just gave up.I’m gonna cancel my membership and I highly suggest you go elsewhere because this place sucks now.

This place could be better…. Has potential, sucks the shark room massage equipment doesn’t work all the time.As for Workout equipments… gotta wait in lines to use machines.. & some people using phones between their reps🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️The class workout rooms need more fans/ better ventilation system. It gets stuffy when lots of people in class.

I've been coming to this gym for almost 3 months now, and I have yet to see a week where a recovery chair, or should I say, chairs, are down. The sauna is going on its 3rd week of no service. The compression sleeves are missing parts and becoming harder to zip up and the massage guns don't work. I'm disappointed because the reason I signed up for this gym was for the amenities.

Brand new gym and there’s always a ton of equipment that is out of service, the pool isn’t open, the sauna doesn’t work, the inclusive all gender restroom has been transformed to staff only and they continue to push membership sales even though the gym is extremely overcrowded and it’s almost impossible now to get a decent workout in due to the heavy crowds at any time of the day. Not to mention there is never parking. Nice new gym, but kinda rip off.Edit: this place is a literal joke, more equipment in bad order and or poor working condition (wobbly and doesn’t feel secure) and you find random screws and bolts from equipment on the floor…. Ayyyy
